GoogleI use Grisdales full property management service. They helped me find a good tenant and have managed any issues that have arisen. They have been responsive when I have had any questions. My only constructive feedback is that I have been charged tax incorrectly on my invoices for the last couple of years which I brought to their attention and this has not be resolved as yet.

GoogleWe just moved in to a tenancy with great relief in this starved market, thanks to Grisdales - their brilliant service through Alison and Jessica was friendly and efficient from viewings right through to key in hand. Prompt and helpful replies to queries were a godsend because the third party 'HomeLet' online references page is a combination of easy click box and a refusal to accept jpg or pdf image uploads. All well in the end though thanks to Alison's help. Highly recommended team.

I’ve just recently sold my property which was a fully managed let by Grisedales. I have used Grisedales regularly over the last 10 years - the service has been excellent, particularly James and the letting’s team generally. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

GoogleWe had no problem with Grisdales and finding buyers. The problem is the due process of the potential buyer employing a surveyor. I think it would be advisable for sellers to be aware of the influence of the surveyor’s report on finalising any sales.

FacebookI have used Grisdales as letting agents now for 8 years. We have completed 5-6 tenant swaps in our property and they have always been on point. Our property has never been empty for more than a month and there communication has always been spot on. Highly recommend *****

Very positive experience with the Whitehaven team, particularly Katie and Leslie. Both these ladies were reliable, friendly, helpful and professional. Estate Agents have not always the best reputation but this company have two excellent members of staff here who worked as a team, rang back every time I left a message, extremely dependable, and a positive attitude to their work and their customers. Tried to arrange a viewing , didnt even call me back when they said they would , eventually got through to them after trying for hours , to be told no more viewings as asking price was met , i offered to pay more they said no . In my opinion they couldnt be bothered , so obviously not interested in getting the best price for their client.

GoogleTo echo most of the negative reviews on here I found Grisdales rude, unwilling to communicate and frankly just a lazy bunch of people hiding behind the 'Global Pandemic' by not allowing viewings, even though the property market hasn't been locked down as protocols are in place. Acting in neither the landlords interest or the clients, just their own. Underpinned by the 5 star rating Lesley Kenyon (Lettings Manager) has given herself further down this review page, says it all really. I have reported this to Google as conflict of interest.
