GoogleAbsolutely awful. Unprofessional. Incompetent. High turnover of staff, (I wonder why??). I can only assume that this company is still in business due to the poor quality of the local competition. 1 star rating due to not being able to give them 0 stars.

GoogleKaren (Whitehaven office) was very helpful and informative during our selling and buying process. She made the whole experience so easy and straightforward and gave great advice when needed. The other girls were also very knowledgeable when Karen wasn’t available.We would definitely recommend using Grisdales

I had viewings with Grisdales within a matter of weeks and an offer before the end of the year. The pictures of my house were brilliant. Always really friendly and professional no matter who you speak to in the office and they couldn't do enough for me to help me through my sale. Can't recommend them enough. 👍

FacebookWe purchased our flat as a buy to let from Grisdales. The purchase went extremely smoothly with this experienced team and was completed in 5 weeks. We have the property on a fully managed let , the flat let within 3 days and we are very pleased with the overall package. Many thanks to all the girls.

FacebookWe have beed working with Destiny and Susan in the Cockermouth office. I have to say, Destiny was charm and professionalism personified and kept me up to date at all times - which is vital when selling aproperty that is 300 miles away from home. We were referred to Susan, once an offer had come in, and Suan really is something else. She has worked tirelessly under the most difficult of circumstances. She has pulled in contacts in the surveying and building world, kept our 'chain' on track against all of the odds and has been utterly amazing in pushing the whole deal over the line. We completed this week but I am convinced that if anyone other than Susan had been faced with the dificulties that we have had, they would have given up long ago. So, in all honesty, with Destiny and Susan I can honestly say that you are in the safest and most persevering hands. Thank you to all at Grisdales, Cockermouth.

FacebookI have been extremely disappointed with service, ie no updates, advice taken to reduce price based on Grisdales telling me they had people looking within the reduced price range. I felt that I had to constantly ask for feedback on viewings and I saw nothing of them actually trying to close a deal. I even took the step of conducting the viewings myself as I didn’t believe the house was being ‘sold’ during them. When I mentioned my concerns, they denied all of my experiences and basically told me how good they are. They said it that much I think they actually believe it. Time to hold the mirror up guys and take a good hard look at what you are doing. In response to this review I expect they will (again) imply that I am exaggerating and go on to tell everyone that they win awards. I suspect they put more effort into winning nonsense awards than they do selling houses. Bizarrely since I told them I was leaving them I have had immediate interest in my house. Now why is that? Perhaps they can answer that question

FacebookPurchased through the Cockermouth office, all the staff were helpful and friendly and passed messages on etc. Destiny was the sales person, I dealt with , she was incredibly professional and patient, really encouraged me to take my time when viewing and arranged further viewings. Sorted out problems and even came across and helped carry some bags across when we moved in. Susan was also very helpful and communicative. The service was also very personal and the team have kept in touch post move, checking all is okay. Would highly recommend Grisedales Cockermouth.
