I had a mouse situation at Avana Chase and they were very very quick about coming and and taking care of it. maintenance made sure I felt secure I with the repairs to close up the hole. I have lived in this community for over 12 years and I work from home and I have nothing but peace and quite. I love it and would recommend it to anyone.

GoogleThe place is very cozy and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. It has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The flat feels homely and peaceful. Management is really great and special shoutout to Jinia who recently joined equipment works team and already very loved by everyone. She’s kind helpful and always there to help out when needed. Also princess, Mel, Jason and marigona makes the dream team together Defo recommend to everyone.

GoogleI’ve had a fantastic experience with ILA Company at Equipment Works on Blackhorse Road. The building is exceptionally well managed, and everything is consistently maintained to a very high standard. A special mention goes to Jinia, who is always welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. She genuinely takes the time to understand people’s needs and consistently goes above and beyond to support them. Overall, it’s been such a positive experience couldn’t recommend it more highly!

GoogleGreat staff. Melanie, she’s a nice manager, very professionally. Marigona, always help me and she does her job properly like a pro. I really appreciate, living in this nice block. I totally recommend this new building to anyone, because of the amenities and the pro staff. Sometimes we have parties, or other kind of activities, which is great. Nice and clean areas and if you enguire any maintenance, they come in the same day to fix the problem.

GoogleThe best place to live EVER!!!!!! My girlfriend and I lived here a few years ago, moved to a different part of London then made the choice to return as we enjoyed it so much. The staff, amenities and community feel of Equipment Works is fantastic - plus being conveniently located next to the Blackhorse Road beer mile helps!

Trustpilotjust plan bad never rent anything from them
they take every opportunity to mess up the accounting on there side my mother had a 1 bed we got a 2 bed i brought everything current and they seam to think there is a 2200 usd Ballance after a conversation with the manager thought things were handled she stated a ticket was placed and they were working on it no communication about the balance of 500 they just sent a demand letter for it just sad really. the walls and floor are so thin you can hear everything in other dwellings just over all a poor over priced experience
