GoogleStay in Equimant works excellent and Mr Dan and Chrisanne is very cooperative in management and on reception Mr Ali night shift is very help to moving and guide as very professional.

GoogleNeeds better signage and instructions, I've seen and spoke to lots of delivery drivers that can't find the right block entrance. The two other development next to it have maps / signs

GoogleThe staff at equiptment works are phenominal. Especially Ali, his overnight service is next to none. My friend fell ill in the night and he ensured she was safe and got her to a hospital. Above and beyond care.

GoogleThe place is fresh, spacious and located in a convenient area. The facilities are very useful for relaxing/working from home. Staff are also really friendly and helpful especially Ali who really helped us work the cinema room several evenings.

GoogleThe security was amazing, very friendly and made us feel very secure. Ali was lovely very approachable and friendly and was always ready to help. Chrisanne and Dan are also lovely and helpful and had amazing management!

He is always so kind, friendly and helpful, welcoming everyone as they enter and leave the building, and dealing with difficult situations very professionally, taking his work very seriously. Ali is wonderful and Equipment Works wouldn't be the same without him!

GoogleI moved here a few months ago. Living here is amazing and the environment is super friendly. Dan and Chrisanne organise a lot of activity. I usually work until late and when i come home Ali that is thanking care of the security is always super nice. Super recommended.

GoogleLovely environment and safe. I'm happy with the management Chrisanne and Dan, organising a lot of activities and facilities always clean. Special thanks to Ali for taking care in the evening. Provided furniture is nice, great location, 2 mins to the Blackhorse Road Station.

GoogleSince I moved here I felt like home. The management is amazing, Dan is always ready to help. Ali is the most amazing person, I feel safe because he is always there checking if everything is fine. He always there smiling and to have a chat with before going to your apartment. He organise the parcel room and he did an amazing job. Amazing place to live in.

GoogleRecently moved in with my partner and we both love it so far! Lovely area, great vibe and the entire staff is truly amazing - always friendly and helpful. Ali’s on top of security like no one, Leah always makes us smile and Dan takes really good care of the community. We definitely recommend!

GoogleI've been at equipment works for 6 months now and the whole experience has been amazing. The moving in and getting set up process was smooth sailing and when we did hit some bumps the management team were incredibly helpful especially Dan and Simone. The amenities at the building are really the highlight living here, along with Ali - the security guard. He's so accommodating and will always give 110%. Always with a smile and always with some good jokes too!
