GoogleOn viewing a property the agent was unable to gain entry. She then spoke to someone who informed her how to get in. She had no idea on the layout but insisted to property was under valued. The property had many issues and it looked like a corpse had recently been discovered. She was surprised when I wanted to see the garage. It’s in a block and she didn’t know which one it was. She forced open a garage door which resulted in damaging it,. Fortunately, it wasn’t the property’s garage. On negotiation for the property, she took criticism personally as if it was their premises.
A deal was achieved once I got pass the agent. The saving grace to the experience was the last gentleman I dealt with who could not do enough and actually listened. I think it’s time Gail retired as she thinks she knows more than the customer and shows no apathy to other opinion.

I have a large property which I put on the market 3yrs ago. Govn Budget changes caused the bottom to fall out of the housing market. Recovery for larger property sales is still not fully back up to speed. I have now accepted an offer, all thanks to the great sales team at Greenslade,Taylor& Hunt, especially Chris, Diane and Anita. I had been kept fully up to date regarding Housing Market movement, which was painfully slow. I was confident the sales team were doing everything they could to raise awareness about and was ecstatic when viewings increased. Having accepted an offer, GTH are now working through the sales process, which I am not familiar with as my husband would normally have dealt with this sort of thing. Being on my own it was extremely daunting, but in getting to know the friendliest sales team at GTH, they have always been incredibly helpful & supportive, with high levels of communication. I have trust and confidence in their service and procedures which is very refreshing especially when dealing with such an important matter of selling your home and finding another on your own, especially when the life changing cause was not foreseen, and selling your home is not a matter of choice. I wouldn’t use any other Estate Agent now, when you find a good company, keep using it, although I do not intend to move again. I have found a home that feels like it was waiting for me, I can’t wait to move in and start the final chapter of my story.
Selling a home is definitely all consuming, from the moment you make that decision to sell. You must have highly qualified, strong, ethical & friendly people to help guide the way and to know they are always in your corner. I cannot imagine what it must be like if you haven’t. I felt safe.
Greenslade, Taylor & Hunt met all my needs and wants with compassion in what was a traumatic reason for selling, and bad start (thanks to The Budget) when I put my house on the market. However, it was really nice to share my excitement of selling with them too.
There’s still a way to go but I am very confident the GTH (Wells) sales team have it all held safely in their hands.

Having tried another agent for 6 months, we switched to GTH and very soon - after paying extra for professional photos - the viewings started coming and continued to happen on a regular basis until a sale was agreed. This was largely due to proactive mailing of people on their database. I've used GTH previously for this reason, so was happy that this aspect of their service remains and genuinely makes a difference. But arguably it was the after-sales support that was even more important. Our chain was not proactive in communicating but thankfully GTH were - an absolutely vital part of the service, without which our chain would have collapsed and we would not have moved.
