GoogleNo complaints regarding communication or dealing with GTH. My concern is with the complicated and restrictive contracts used. I was concerned with how rigid the clauses were, so was unable to sign.
We are pleased to hear that you have had a good experience with our team. For clarity, the contract you mention is a guarantor agreement relating to a tenancy we currently manage. Being a guarantor is a huge responsibility and the purpose of such agreements is to protect our client, the landlord, and this is something any professional agent will require in such circumstances. GoogleI have just recently sold my property through greenslades willton branch. I was with a different estate agent before and the experience was very negative. The staff at greenslades have been very professional with nothing being to much trouble. If you are thinking of saleing a property in my experience greenslades would be my first choice.

GoogleWe contacted the office in response to their marketing of a property that interested us. The Office Manager, Ross Walls, explained the current ethos of buying and selling. He arranged a site visit to our house, arrived on time and was very enthusiastic. He then organised a photo shoot and EPC survey so that a brochure could be produced. Viewings were arranged even before the brochure was produced; these were led by Emma who again was very enthusiastic and provided timely feedback. The brochure was excellent along with the internet marketing. A sale (STC) was secured after half a dozen or so viewings. Communications with GTH continue to be good. We would definitely recommend GTH as the estate agents to use for professional and stress free marketing.

GoogleThis office of GTH was a pleasure to deal with, friendly, helpful and efficient. I have had transactions and contact with two other GTH offices in the past which I was not happy with. This office was very different, much more customer friendly, not too formal, but very professional. Would thoroughly recommend this GTH office.

GoogleWe were very excited to have found a rental property after looking for sometime, however on the day of moving in we were handed over the keys to a very dirty property. We expressed our thoughts to the agent unfortunately for us we were left to sort this out ourselves. To clean the property to a standard we would allow our furniture to come in took us a total of three 7 hour days along with 1.5 hours from two contract cleaners whom expressed the property was in a filthy state and should in their opinion have been deep cleaned before letting. To say we were disappointed is an understatement we expected more from GTH.

We have now had the opportunity of talking to our rental department in Williton about this matter. While we can only apologise if the property did not meet your expectations on move-in day, we can assure you that the house had been cleaned. We understand that you raised your concerns with our letting team which we duly acted on by sending 2 professional cleaners the next day. An appointment was also offered for Andrea, along with Amy Davison, one of our senior lettings managers to come and inspect the property. Regrettably we did not hear from you and therefore assumed that you had settled in. Andrea did everything she could to help you in the lead up to your move in, as she understood that you were under great pressure with the sale of your property.
