Lynn, Gemma and the team at GTH were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Always professional and relentless in their quest to sell our property even through difficult times and always available for advice and support. I would firmly recommend using GTH. They go over and above what’s asked of them, nothing is too much trouble. When our sale reached the final stages of exchange and completion they took it upon themselves to liaise and manage the whole chain and deal with solicitors which although not part of their remit they did with enthusiasm and unwavering commitment. A thoroughly dedicated estate agent with wide coverage and experienced staff. I recently invited GTH to value our property. Gemma Todd was the negotiator and I was very impressed at the level of professionalism, thought, honesty and local knowledge that she provided. Having received 4 appraisals for our home, I chose to move forward with GTH. Shona Medcroft came to begin the preparations for the marketing of our property, and again I was suitable impressed by her attention to detail and professionalism. Despite not actually going to the market, overall, these two negotiators demonstrated that GTH were the right choice for selling my property and I will not hesitate to call them back in the future when the rime is right for us to move house. Emailed about a property from Rightmove App and received no reply. I rang today and talked to the rudest, most dismissive and unhelpful reception staffer I have ever contacted. I cannot recommend GTH at all

All our dealings with the staff at the Dorchester, Dorset branch of GTH could not have been more helpful and professional, in particular James Farran. We are very happy that we entrusted the sale of our house to GTH Dorchester. The sale during covid and having to open our house to viewers was not ideal but we were reassured with how the viewings were carried out that our safety would not be compromised. The sale itself was not without it's hiccups (not GTH's fault) but James Farran kept us informed throughout therefore successfully bringing our stress levels down! We highly recommend GTH. Thank you James and colleagues.
