GoogleMoving house is never easy but moving countries can be a major undertaking, particularly when buying and selling a home. GTH were outstanding in their willingness to help us through the process of buying our new home in Burnham on Sea and prevent the sale falling through. They were friendly, open and honest, and, it must be said, "went the extra mile" to overcome potential problems. We can certainly recommend them.

GoogleWe had been looking for some time, eventually deciding to relocate from Warwickshire to North Devon. We enquired about a property in Combe Martin through these offices and found the individuals there to be exceptionally responsive and helpful. Moving some distance is not the easiest of undertakings, and so we were particularly grateful to be dealing with a really engaging and professional Barnstaple team. Thank you all so much. Harry and Fiona.

GoogleOllie and his team couldn't have done more to help us with our property sale at a tricky time for the market. They were always on hand to answer any questions and give advice and leading up to exchange Ollie himself really helped get the sale over the line by contacting all parties involved. You'll be in good hands with GTH Barnstaple.

GoogleWe chose GTH because they are simply the gold standard of local Honiton estate agents. Stephen knows every aspect of the business and knew our requirements as we were moving to Scotland from Pine Grove. We sold for the asking price quickly and Stephen and his talented staff navigated us through everything effortlessly. We are now loving Scotland and knew that GTH were the right agents.
