I am currently a tenant and this is the first time I have ever rented with my partner. From the start of the process including viewing, I have been dealt with by Chloe. To begin the process she was very professional, polite and welcoming with the viewing. She kept in contact via email through every step to help put my mind at ease. She even took time out of her day to email to advise us of little things such as the washing machine being removed or there being an extra bin. I knew exactly where we were in the process and had an email anytime there was a change such as been approved. These may seem like such little things but they really do have an impact so I am grateful for her time. Chloe was very thorough with taking photos of the whole house before we moved in which is great to have piece of mind regarding the deposit. I was also met at the property the morning of collecting the keys which again seems like such a little thing but was so so helpful in meaning that I didn’t have to drive around trying to find your offices, parking, then driving back to the house especially when moving day can be very time restricted. She went through everything in detail, answered all my questions and just has been great. Even now, she is replying to my emails and queries so quickly and has resolved any issues so efficiently. I am so thankful to Chloe for making this process as easy as she could and always going the extra mile. I definitely recommend using GTH!

Great service, good attention to details and knew a lot about the home. They have been very accommodating and been very clear on requirements. Helpful throughout. The most persistent agents in my whole chain, Josh, Chris and Bill were amazing at finding out data and positions of the chain when solicitors and other agents just didn’t communicate. GTH are useless.

GTH are in charge for the maintenance of the flats where I live.The maintenance costs amount to over £100+ per month, when multiplied by the number of flats comes near a figure of £10,000per month that they are taking from people living there.For over 2 years, I have had over 8 holes in the felt in my attic. Water has been coming through the living room light fitting and so they sent someone to do a quick botch job to fix the problem.This has been a constant issue as the felt is over 35 years old and at last count there were 5 flats with this problem. Unless the tenant has water streaming into the flat, then they really don't want to know.As none of the flats have had tiles stripped of and the job done properly, then I think that the job is just being cheaply botched every time.These are our homes that you are wrecking.
