To say the purchase was not straight forward would be an understatement! I cannot thank William ‘Bill’ Cosgrove enough , the man is a legend ! Any problem that arose from the solicitors was communicated quickly and clearly and necessary action taken . At no point was anything too much , and the commitment and support is highly appreciated.
The team as a whole are superb - from valuation to sell completion.
I would definitely recommend and would certainly use again … although we don’t plan on moving again anytime soon !!

We had a viewing and offer within days of being on the market. Sadly the chain broke down but GTH quickly re-listed our property and a new buyer was found within a few days.
