If you are looking for an Estate Agent in Ivybridge I strongly recommend Mr Jon Curtis-Hawker, and his team, at this branch of GTH. Not only did he find a buyer for my parents house almost immediately but because of all the sad circumstances involved for me personally and bearing in mind that I lived hundreds of miles away he went above and beyond in taking care to make sure the house was looked after as it was empty and that the sale proceeded smoothly.

GoogleI have viewed a number of houses with GTH over the past few months. I have found all the staff in the different branches to be friendly helpful and professional. The brochures you produce are great quality and better than those produced by some other agents I have viewed with properties with. Communication is also very good with emails confirming viewings and always a follow up call the day after a viewing to obtain feedback. All in all very happy with the service I have received from GTH. Hopefully I will never have to move house again but if I did then I would use GTH.

Harry dealt with my sale and was superb at chasing down solicitors and finding out where we were in the conveyancing process. The initial pictures taken by Becky were fab and the house sold on its first viewing with a very good offer.

His dogged determination, coupled with excellent knowledge and the respect of local conveyancers has made a dreadful few months (not GTH’s fault in any way) bearable.
