What proved to be a very long and frustrating moving house process the sales side of the move was dealt with very well and professionally by GTH Ivybridge. I would rate my experience of GTH Tiverton as poor. When our chain collapsed through no fault of ours, we felt blamed and ignored, other estate agents kept in touch with other properties, generally asking “how’s your sale going along” etc, and even when similar properties to the ones we had offered on were listed on their website we had no contact from GTH.

GoogleThe whole buying process through them was great it was just a shame that the sellers solicitor were really not the best and didn't apply for change of title with the land registry until 4 months down the line and from then it started to go downhill. GTH kept trying to get the sale moving but their hands were tied. I would recommend their services.

GoogleStill waiting for refund of monies paid to secure rental accommodation, after the landlady pulled out. Extremely poor service. Also failed to notify goodlord, who continued to send emails and call, in regards to utilities and broadband. All very disheartening.
