GoogleI can't fault the service received from Greenslade Taylor Hunt, Taunton. They promptly kept me up to date with progress and, once an accepted offer had been achieved, were tenacious in progressing things with the buyers solicitor and mortgage provider. They also went above and beyond offering related advice regarding builders, house clearance etc. I am extremely grateful for all their care and hardwork which brought the sale to satisfactory conclusion. I would definitely use them again.

GoogleLetting Department - Awful People grossly incompetent & lazy. Had the misfortune of using this company for a letting, the team are quite frankly one of the most incompetent & lazy letting agents I've had the misfortune of dealing with. You raise issues about the property & if you're lucky you may get a reply in a month which is so wet you can wash your car with it, generally don't seem to know anything about anything but are oh so quick to remind you about "checks" & "deductions" which they themselves are too lazy to get someone in to deal with it. If you require a rental property I'd probably suggest you avoid this company with a wide a berth as you manage, it is not worth your hard earnt money to be given to a company like this

This was a tricky property purchase ,as we were the end of a long chain , with a first time buyer , a complicated joint purchase , and a probate property. Lauren kept us updated , passed details to our Agent and Solicitors , she is a friendly ,efficient professional with the communications skills needed (but rarely seen ) in conveyancing . Would highly recommend!

GoogleI have found all the staff at the Minehead branch to be helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and competent. Their people skills are above average and a lot of this is due to the excellent leadership from their branch manager. Buying and selling houses can be traumatic. Their, support, enthusiasm and reassurance has been very important to me
