We instructed Gowland white to market our property after a comprehensive meeting with Chris White. We had a few quotes from other estate agents but his was by far the most informative , trustworthy and professional. From the moment we signed up everything he promised happened. The details of the house and brochure were changed as we thought necessary. The photos were of top quality. Everyone in the office knew about the house , it’s selling points and were readily available to help any and every time we called. We had Jodene as our point of sale and she was unbelievably helpful and always available. Overall fantastic service , well worth giving them a call and it really did help take a bit of the stress out of moving. Thankyou , well dome and keep it up. I’d definitely recommend , if you’re reading this ,to compare estate agents , that you look no further. Thankyou so much. Nick and Rachel.

We have just completed on buying our new home through Gowland White, and it proved to be a very smooth process. Throughout the buying process all the staff and particularly Jodene who we dealt with for the mostpart, were very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any queries, questions or requests we had. We completed on the date that we wanted to and were very happy with the service throughout, so can highly recommend!

All my dealings with Gowland White have been very positive and helpful. Every time I phoned i got a very helpful response. I really felt they working with me. Even once lockdown started they still worked hard to help my sale complete at the time I wanted it to.
