Each person I have had contact with has been friendly and very helpful, Magda has been dealing with my sale, she is friendly, helpful, keeps me updated and always quick to respond. I would definitely recommend gowland white and would use again.

GoogleI recently purchased a property through Gowland White, Stockton-on-Tees. Normally a buyer’s interactions with the selling agent would be limited to the initial period when a sale was being agreed. Here, I found everyone at Gowland White to be courteous, efficient, and prompt in dealing with my requirements. At this stage, I thought no more of it because, after all, one would expect a good sales team to be just that. Except, with my purchase, there were bumps along the way in later stages. This was when I got to know and experience how phenomenal the team was. Both parties benefitted from the proactive and invaluable assistance from the team. Thank you, Abby, Demi and the whole team. You are more than a good sales team. You put your heart and soul into what you do. Your dedication and commitment are exceptional. Five stars (you deserve more, if that is possible!)

I've been blown away by their efficiency, professionalism and outstanding communication. Jodene was the first member of the team I met, and everything she promised has been delivered. First impressions count, and Jodene didn't disappoint! Magda has been a superstar, communicating with me every step of the way, and Chris, who took the photos, settled for nothing less than the perfect shot! The team at Gowland White have made this a stress free process for me, and I highly recommend them - they're just great at what they do!

Delighted with my experiences of selling my house with Gowland White. Great local knowledge at valuation stage, and competitive rates for estate agency services compared to other agents in Stockton. Minor criticism that it sometimes took a while for phone calls to be answered, but team were always available and communicated well throughout the process.
