Having waited for over a year to find our new home it finally happened. We had plenty of interest and offers but couldn’t make the move until we had a place to move too.Thankfully we had very patient buyers. We would also like to thank Clare Smith, Abby Metcalfe and Demi Wanless for also being very patient and helpful with the whole process from start to finish. (It was a long road with a few twists and turns 😆)

Although not our initial choice, I was impressed that I had a follow up email from Gowland White when my property was not selling with another agent. I swapped to Gowland White and had more enquiries in a week than I had in 3 months with the other agent. I had two offers and was then patiently guided to completion. I was kept informed all the way with regular calls and emails. The staff I spoke to were always happy to take calls if I wanted to ask anything. Gowland White won my business by following up and following through to a successful conclusion. I could ask no more of them. Thank you.
