The Trusted AgentThomas was friendly and courteous during our time draling with him. Before our meeting he was kind enough to change the time of our meeting so that we could view a flat earlier. During the process of preparing an offer, he tended to wait until we had completed one hurdle (such as completing a form) before presenting us with the next (such as asking if our guarantors earnt the required amount). This was disappointing as it slowed down the process of preparing the offer, although in my experience it is a common thing among estate agents. Thomas was helpful in trying to find us other flats after this, although those at his disposal were not to our requirements, so there was little he could do at this point.

We strongly felt our letting negotiator Dean Slater went above and beyond to help make our move to Clapham as smooth as possible. Dean always made himself available to answer any questions we had both promptly and professionally. Furthermore, Dean took the time to discuss and talk through our contract and was flexible in letting us view the property multiple times. Overall, we have been extremely pleased with the high quality of service provided by Gordon & co and would highly recommend them to anyone else looking to rent in the locality.

My partner and I met Thomas as we were looking for a property to rent in West London. Prior to the viewings, we had a very productive call with Thomas outlining our needs and expectations regarding the move. Thomas took our suggestion on board and only showed us properties that matched our expectations. Although we decided not to pursue any of them for the time being, Thomas would be our estate agent of choice when we look for a new apartment to rent again. Highly-recommended and very professional!

Thomas worked very well to help us secure our property within a few days, which we are very grateful for! Sometimes his emails can come across quite abrupt to the point of rude. However, we are sure this is unintended as in person he is great.

Dean has been so great throughout the process!! He was very approachable and in terms of being able to get in contact it was always very easy! He was very friendly when he showed myself and Margo around the house! We did have a be of a laugh about the sink on top of the toilet! I can't thank you enough for all Dena has done and has done an amazing time of getting us all in the house in time even though my previous landlord wasn't exactly helpful!

The service Seth has offered to me has been prompt, courteous, friendly and professional. Seth is easily approachable with very effective communication. " when I saw the house I was looking to rent ,it was not in a good condition but with the support of Seth , he managed to get the whole house redecorate and when I get in to the house I found it much better then before. I would recommend Gordon and Co. to anyone looking to rent home.. The team are professional and have good local knowledge and understanding of the property market.. Everything that I needed was dealt with quickly and all questions and queries were given the time and attention needed.

I was under pressure to find the proprerty quickly, for me and my son to move in. It was the firs time for me that I had to find and rent a property just by myself. I was also refused by most of estate agents because of my tough circumstances, but I've been given a credit of trust by Seth. He explained to me everything since beginning and he found a great, suitable property for us quickly. He led the process of renting reliably and efficiently.
