GoogleThis Agent is one of the biggest cheats in London. Guys, please stay away they will eat up your deposit **BEWARE** I was staying in the property for 4 years managed by them, and after leaving the property and getting professionally cleaned they are not returning my deposit. I am running behind pillar and post to the TDS and Newham council to get my deposit back. Please lookout for some other better agency rather than these thugs.

GoogleHaving recently moved to London, I was quite wary of the real estate market and the estate agents - as everyone single person I knew had major complaints even in a basic letting process. After interacting with multiple agents that in fact lived up to that reputation, I came across a posting by Kwan Tang. From the tour of the unit up until move-in, the process with him ran smoother than butter. He kept me informed of the developments at each stage and guided me through the entire process, in a way that made me feel he was also looking out for my best interests and wanted to ensure that I had a good experience through my tenancy. He was very open in his communications and always accessible. As opposed to agents who disappear after signing of the agreement, he still maintains that high level of responsiveness even after I have moved-in. I recommend Kwan and his Agency very highly - as they are quite different (in a positive way) from others in the market.

Kwan was able to show me numerous properties that fitted what I was looking for, in the end I decided to go for a property that he showed me and the process was so easy and effortless.
