GoogleThomas helped us find a modern apartment next to the tube station. Due to our situation, as we had to leave our previous place in a short period of time, we had to do all the paperwork quite quickly. GoogleNice reliable service and friendly. Whenever I got some trouble from my flat they always quickly solve that everything for me. Especially thanks to 'Lisa Archbutt' who is there residential management. I am so glad to she is my the flat management this is why I lived in the flat one year super well. Thanks Lisa. ????

GoogleI find Gordon & Co extremely helpful and responsive. I have been using them for a good few years now to find tenants for my flats. Rumz, Tom and Jade do a very good job for me and having used other agents too, I find Gordon & Co's approach suits me most. They have always found me good quality tenants quickly, at an appropriate rent and also go out of their way to help out with things if I need help with anything. I highly recommend them.

GoogleThey are scum, stay well away from this mob. You will be hounded and manipulated during the buying process and then they drag their feet during the moving out process. It took a month and countless emails to get deposit back

GoogleWorst agency I have ever dealt with. Completely incompetent of doing anything and everything. Quick to make demands but not return any in favour. If it wasn't for being already settled in our apartment I would never give these people the time of day. Save yourself the stress and deal with anyone else but them.

GoogleThe worst experience I have in renting renting in my life without a doubt. Tried to change name on the lease, ended up being charged for three unsuccessful name changes, and then told we were being evicted for no reason just as the final name change was due to come through. The estate agent was so unhelpful and it was extremely stressful for all tenants involved. Despite all of our attempts to sort it out we were then slugged an 400 pounds off our bond for wear and tear. This was only returned after a google review.... Glad to be out of that house now and steer clear of this company or in particular the property manager named Nazia at the Battersea branch.

GoogleWe recently used Gordon & Co Tower Bridge to sell our flat. We were in a position where we needed to sell quickly, but still wanted to maximise the value for our property. Jacob and Adnan were able to have the property marketed very quickly and prospective buyers through the door quickly. We were able to have the property sold in under a week for a price that we were really happy with. They have also been excellent in managing everything post the offer, we have been in a complicated chain and it is Adnan in particular that has been excellent in managing other agents/solicitors and vendors! Would recommend their services for local property sales.
