GoogleWe met Thomas 1 year ago when we were desperately looking for a place to share and we only had few weeks to find it. In such a stressful time, he went above and beyon to help us. Always friendly and available. I would definitely recommend Gordon & Co to my friends.

GoogleI've been letting my flat in Stockwell through Rumz Habib at Gordon & Co for a number of years and my experience has been great. Rumz and the other people there I've deal with are helpful and friendly and they've consistently found me tenants with virtually zero void periods. I'd highly recommend them!

GoogleI would be very wary as a tenant about using Gordon & Co. They really lived up to the reputation of a stereotypical estate agents, and I would be particularly concerned if your advisor is William Tenquist, who is incredibly dishonest, feeding multiples lies to both tenant and landlord for their own personal gain.
How an individual can go through life behaving in such a dishonest manner is beyond me.
Will never use Gordon and Co again, and have advised friends to follow suit.

Hi there, we're really sorry to hear you've had a bad experience. Please could we ask for some more details to be sent to enquiries@goandco.co.uk, including the name of the property you let and we'd love to get to the bottom of the matter so as not to repeat this outcome in the future?
Many thanks, the Gordon & Co team.

GoogleWe have been using Gordon & Co for as long as we can remember and they always provide great service on both the sales and management side. We went through a refurb this year with their help and got the property back on the market in good time. The people are always great to deal with and we feel we have good communication, good service and good tenants. Thanks to Rumz and the team for pulling this off.

GoogleThank you Thomas, for going over and beyond with my property, helping in every way, shape and form to ensure the house was ready for the new tenants and that I had all the communication, information and documentation I needed to complete the transaction. As a Landlord I am very happy with all your efforts to arrange a good family to move in, and everything ran very smoothly. Thank you so much, I look forward to the continued management of the property with G&C.

GoogleJade was excellent and super responsive to emails and phone calls during our rental process which was rather rushed as we needed to move in on a certain date. I've has some really bad experiences with London estate agents before so the professional service and competence I experienced at Gordon & Co was refreshing and would recommend to others.

GoogleGordon & Co were not our first choice of agents to sell our Battersea flat but they found a buyer in about a month. The feedback at all times was exceptional. We were confident that they were acting in our best interest. This experience has caused us to revise our believe that estate agents are a despicable bunch. Thank you Gordon and Co for doing such a good job- (special thanks to Kevin)

GoogleGo and Co is being helpful until you sign your contract and then stop being super friendly, understanding and helpful. They impose their rules on you, do not reply timely but at the same time want to control everything.
I can’t recommend this agency to anyone. Awful.

Googleworst agency trying to rip off your money, you pay no matter what, after 1.5months still no return in deposit!
-No check in with agent, they just dropped the key by the concierge, and they just charged us for what they ruined in flat, so we have to pay for the carpet they messed up?;
-unprofessional agency, twice in a week for two months and every week every other months for viewing treating the flat like a tourism place; -random WhatApp message without permission.
-When they made a mistake they will stop talking and doesn't come back to end the case! YOU HAVE TO CALL TO MAKE SURE ITS ENDED!
- Random pricing, targetting chinese student mainly because they can't be bother to fight back!
- poor management, when you have an issue they will say they will discuss it and call you back ,but very unlikely! or if they do, they dont come up with a solution!
- NO maintenance after going in the office and ask for a maintenance! they will just wait til the tenancy end and ask you to pay the whole price even tho you did not do it!
- everyone in G&co has your contact and they can/ will call you when they want! Your home is actually a new place to sigh-see!

GoogleSelling my apartment in Elephant & Castle, I found G&Co super friendly and helpful, always responded quickly to my phone calls, and negotiated effectively with my buyer. My only regret is that I didn't ignore the low-rating reviews on here and use them straight away, rather than trying another agent first!

GoogleI have nothing but praise for the team at Gordon & Co.
They sold my flat during what turned out to be very difficult conditions for the London property market. Despite taking longer than we hoped, they remained enthusiastic, supportive and proactive. They continuously worked hard to find the right buyer and keep me informed along the way.
From responding to my initial enquiry, to pushing the sale completion over the line, I have enjoyed working with Gordon & Co largely due to their friendliness and candour. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area.

GoogleOther than the initial process of appointments and finding an apartment, the service received from Gordon & Co was disgusting, to say the least. I could write a book as to how bad they were, but the tip of the iceberg came when they tried to rob us of £222 from our initial deposit by adding unfounded expenses (relating to repairs which we requested on numerous occasions upon our arrival) onto our “bill”. 38 days later and 37 emails back and forth discussing the validity of these costs, they eventually conceded a portion of it. We were still held liable for something that was clearly allowed in the signed contract, yet Gordon & Co insisted that if we disagree we should take it up with TDS. This is a lengthy process that no one wants to endure and therefore through bullying they received their extra £150. This £150 is based only on a quote and we will not be surprised if that money goes straight into the pocket of the company, who was never available to take our calls and who rarely returned any calls. When offering to visit their offices to discuss and resolve the matter, there was always an excuse as to why this is not possible.
Throughout the tenancy when we required repairs in the apartment, it was always a hassle and a delay before anything was done about it. For example, the carpets were beyond filthy when we moved in but they refused to have it cleaned and, to no surprise, when visiting the apartment to collect mail after we moved out we found that the carpets have been replaced (as they should have been years ago). This is the type of service you can expect, non-existing.
I would stay away from this company no matter how good some of their apartments may be. It is not worth the effort and constant arguing for things to be done.
Frustrated, but relieved it is over.

GoogleAfter 3 months I did eventually find an apartment with the sale team of Gordon and Co, they were the friendliest, most understanding, and very punctual real estate agent. After a few e-mails and the first meeting they knew exactly what I wanted and catered my search appropriately to my needs. I found them to be very knowledgeable, intelligent and conversant with the ever changing market trends. I would recommend buying or selling through this company again and again :)

Hello Fergal,
We are very sorry to hear you are unhappy with the charges. These charges are outlined in section 3.12 of the tenancy agreement signed and agreed by all tenants. The charge is to cover the cost of: Revised Tenancy Agreement, Inventory Addendum, Deed of Surrender and a tenant reference. How the cost is split between the new, remaining and vacating tenants is up to you to decide between yourselves.
If you wish to discuss this further , please feel free to get in touch at enquiries@goandco.co.uk.
Kind regards
Gordon & Co.

GoogleWorst agency I have ever dealt with. Completely incompetent of doing anything and everything. Quick to make demands but not return any in favour.
