GoogleMy friends and I have recently moved into a house on Vanderbilt Road, one of two properties William Tenquist showed us. Both properties were superb, and so was our experience with William. Once we decided which one we preferred and submitted an offer, the whole process was effortless, and everything moved with such efficiency. William worked around the clock to get us in before our tenancy on our previous property came to an end. I can honestly say it was my best experience with a letting agency.

Although we've seen just a few, I noticed all the properties that your Company manages are of very good quality, and located in nice areas. It seems that the landlords you collaborate with are very professional as well. In our case, all paperwork went smoothly, all the written details were relevand and clearly stated (in the documents they've provided, as well as the emails that we've received), and throughout every step of the entire process we had a much-appreciated sense of security and correctness.
