GoogleGordon and Co have been brilliant. They were able to secure a quick sale on my property and have gone above and beyond to ensure the sale went through. I thoroughly recommend them and would like to personally thank Paul and Chris for all their help.

GoogleAbsolute bunch of rogues. BEWARE AND DO NOT APPROACH THIS AGENCY. Shame there isn't an option for me to give a minus rating cos that's what they deserve for sure. The staff are absolutely rude and don't care you as a tenant. The number of times I had reported issues and yet nothing was done about it was just more than ridiculous. Oh and not to mention my tenancy deposit which they practically took half of; overcharging for cleaning, the check out report (can you imagine) and for some works which they carried out just after I moved in which I was not liable for- well guess what? They crafty made me pay for that too. If you know what's good for you, I would urge you to avoid this agency. They are scammers!!!!!

GoogleI wasn't too sure about moving South of the river however by chance I found a flat with Go and Co in Elephant and Castle. I found them to be really helpful and knowledgeable which helped change my opinion about the area. Really looking to move into my new flat.

GoogleGreat service that I couldn't fault, regular updates throughout the process and reliable. The whole team were trustworthy with good information and market knowledge, providing off market opportunities due to their experience and knowledge of the market. No other agent I have used have provided this level of insight into an area or opportunities of this nature. Real stand out above the rest and a quality agent when looking in Elephant and Castle.

GoogleScarlett was excellent! She was friendly and communicative (sharing details of properties in advance, reconfirming our appointment the day before, etc) and made the best use of time by showing us several properties that fit our specifications. I would definitely work with Scarlett again!

GoogleI would recommend these estate agents to anyone, Lee Hinds who we was dealing with was professional had fantastic fast communication and always went the extra mile. They sold my mothers flat for a good price considering condition and were excellent value for money. Best estate agents I've ever dealt with.

GoogleWe've worked with their sales and rental teams - they sold our previous flat and we then rented through them for a year. I'd 100% recommend them for both services. Sales was an excellent experience - the entire team worked really hard for us and achieved an exceptional result. As for lettings, there're always going to be some hoops to jump through when renting in London, but again the team were great - approachable, friendly, and bent backwards to help out with some of our requests. Their knowledge of the Elephant market is excellent. I'd 100% recommend them if you're looking round here.
