GoogleI would avoid this letting and also avoid moving into the Strava block! First off the building has a large amount of fundamental problems; the wind whistles incredibly loud, the flat can become unbearably hot (once during the summer the flat temperature gauge read 33 degrees at midnight!), the fresh air ducts are connected between flats so you'll smell your naughbours cooking! For half of the tenancy one of the elevators was broken, and a couple of times both were broken! imagine walking up 30 flights of stairs. Sometimes the longest part of my commute into central was actually getting out the building when the elevators were at rush hour. As for the letting, they did the least of a letting and maintenance service I've experienced so far! We moved into a flat with broken oven light and a few ceiling lights out, even after multiple emails they never replace them in the whole tenancy. A florescent tube broke in the bathroom, we bought a replacement but didn't work, we asked repeatably for maintenance to come have a look but nothing was done! Expect to send them multiply emails for things to get done! As for leaving the flat, that's when they showed their true colours. Lets just say 2 light bulbs had gone out on the ceiling and i was charged £100 to replace (£10 for the 2 bulbs plus £90 labour) ... and no that's not an exaggeration! Hope this helps you decide on your next move! best of luck if you go with them! Brace yourself for the end of tenancy bill, unless you're a fan of jump scares in horror movies

GoogleI was delighted to use the team at Gordon & Co for the sale of my apartment, having used them a few years earlier on the purchase. The team are excellent. In particular Mr Debola Oginni, Assistant Sales Manager was on both transactions a real pleasure to deal with and one of the most courteous people I’ve worked with in buying/selling. He is super responsive, kept me informed at all stages, worked hard to support the conveyancing process and provided me with all the right information and analysis to help in my buying and selling decisions.

Entire process went so smoothly with no problems at all. Definitely recommending Gordon & Co as an estate agency. GoogleI had scheduled a late afternoon/evening viewing with the agent Seth Griffiths at a building in Croydon, and no one has showed up without any communication. This is totally unprofessional and a waste of time.

GoogleAVOID. Landlords that they represent are not reasonable and will not treat you with respect after you've signed their lease (will not even remove bulky furniture that is not needed in the flat). Further, the maintenance does not seem competent so far in my stay. When I arrived, the hot water/heating was not working, the washer needed work, and there are still several lights that are broken. This is in a quite nice flat/building. Can not recommend working with this company.

I hope the prospective vendors read the negative review first. They are the only true thing about this debacle.

GoogleWe recently rented with Gordon and Co in E&C and dealt with Kwan Tang one of the lettings managers. The service he provided us was exemplary and much better than our previous experiences with other lettings companies. Kwan was patient and happy to accommodate our busy schedules and replied to emails/calls quickly and efficiently. He explained the process really well and guided us through every step. Overall he offered us a fantastic service.
