I have used Goodfellows to rent my property out in Morden From start to finish they have been very professional and responsive to all my needs. Absolutely outstanding service!! I sold my property through Goodfellows early this year and I couldn't believe how effortless they made the transaction. Musa handled the entire process for me. He found me my buyer and asked me at that stage if I would like to use the in house solicitors. They were a little bit more expensive than the 'high street' solicitors. Musa assured me that even if that was the case he would handle the whole case directly with the solicitor and I wouldn't need to be involved in the process at all. I work a lot so I wouldn't have had time to deal with the issues. Throughout the whole sale I received one call from Musa prompting me to fill out the starter pack for the solicitor and order the management pack's ready. He handled the entire process from start to finish and from the reviews I can see from my buyers always was available and knew what was happening throughout the sale. Honestly cannot fault the service got exactly what I paid for and more. If you are looking for the type of agency that will go above and beyond for you and respect your instructions then look no further.
