GoogleHad Jack Jenkins dealing with my property purchase. Excellent service and was willing to spend lots of time explaining things and was extremely prompt at responding to inquires. In contrast to other agents I dealt with, there was no pushing to get me to buy into a property. When looking to sell my property I would like to use Jack if he still works there!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleGreat experience with Goodfellows Carshalton. We’ve just exchanged on our house just 8 weeks since it was put on the market. They made the whole process very easy with excellent marketing and a number of viewings within days leading to multiple offers within the first week. Appreciate Lee and Joel for making this happen and also dealing with the time difference and logistics of us living overseas. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area looking to buy/sell.
Dear Nicola , what a great review and very insightful for anyone who is about to choose an estate agent to sell their home. We believe that you have just created a great reason as to why people should invite us to value their home as we would like to think that we could perform equally as well for them to. Thank you , Lee and Joel will be delighted to read this. Kind regards Goodfellows Carshalton Beeches.

GoogleI liked the pace and professionalism that Goodfellows work with- they were quick to understand my needs and searched for properties for me. Within 4 days, they had matched me with my current property and were efficient with the handover, guiding me through each step. I could always reach my agent (Gerald) as I had 3 points of contact and he would always keep a cheerful disposition when consulting with me.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleDavid Mitchel , the manager, is an absolute superstar. David is good at listening & making recommendations based on that. He is the opposite of most letting agents. He's honest & straight forward & does not hype things to promise the un-attainable. Rather he just tells the truth & then delivers on those promises, either directly or through his team. As a landlord, I have been renting properties for over 20 years. He's the best.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleAbsolutely awful estate agents. Continuously stated property was ready to be let with a lot of pressure to sign when work was still required. Then chose not to refund me my holding fee when this was pointed out. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleKollis is an extremely proficient agent and the team are very helpful. Kollis was always available to answer my questions as a first time homebuyer, and guided me through the process. She made me feel confident and secure throughout the whole process. Jamie also provided a lot of support when the conveyancer team ‘Premier Property Lawyers’ suffered serious IT issues which delayed my completion.
Dear Adili , thank you for naming Kollis and Jamie in your review , it brings us great pleasure to know we have been able to assist you in buying your new home. Thank you for your 5 star review. Kind regards Goodfellows Mitcham.

GoogleWe sold our home through Goodfellows and have received an excellent service from everyone we came into contact with there but especially from Kollis and Cathi.. From the very beginning they were responsive, professional and we felt like we were in good hands. Everybody Goodfellows use, from the photographer to the man who came to do the EPC rating arrived on time and carried out the job efficiently and effectively. Kollis has been keeping in touch with both us and our buyer while we found our new home, that day has now come and we are looking forward to a new beginning thanks to Goodfellows.
Dear S E , we really love this review as not only does it highlight the team , well done to Cathi and Kollis but also our partners who carry out photography and EPC's which all help the selling and marketing of your property ..dare we say we are professional and we value the professional service that our partners offer and yes they do turn up on time.
