Despite the various challenges we faced, Martin remained a pillar of support and was excellent at communicating. GoogleIgnored my email request for a viewing. Spammed me with unsuitable properties. Randomly asked me if I wanted to let my house. Went to view a house through them, agent didn't turn up, didn't answer the phone and didn't tell me the house was off the market (as I subsequently found out via Rightmove). Clowns.

Dear Richard , I am very sorry to read your experience with us from your review. I am trying to understand why we have got it so wrong. We always register applicants thoroughly and we don't send out details which could be considered spam. We do offer a letting service but not without reason. GoogleWe recently listed our property for rental with Goodfellows and within 2 months they were able to find us tenants who offered our asking price. This was also over the Christmas period so things were a little slower than usual. I would like to call out that Beckie, Yasmin and Fella have all been very helpful and were always available to speak to us when we needed support. This is our first experience of being landlords and the process was not easy, however, they made it very simple and helped us every step of the way. Thank you!
