GoogleBarbara was amazing! We recently rented a property at morden and with the help of her it was very easy quick and hastle free. She make things so simple and on time. GoogleThey have done it again. Got my property rented in less than a week on the market. Beyond my expectations. Team Sharmila and Barbara had potential tenants on their waiting list and worked with me to meet all the regulations so that the property was ready for tenants. This year is six years now that Goodfellows Morden has been my sole agent. No need for me to look elsewhere.

GoogleTHE WORST AGENCY EVER!!! My daughter and friends rented through this agency and there has been grief every step of the way. Bradley lies. He gave them a moving in date but kept putting off issuing the contract saying he had so many other more contracts to issue first but not to worry but because they would definitely move in on the set date. They all gave notice at their current accommodation and then Bradley changed the date at the last minute. Bradley stated in an email what would be in the house and is now trying to disown that. When they moved in the agency couldn't provide them with the appropriate codes. This company is an absolute joke. DO NOT TRUST THEM

GoogleRecent sold property out. They were managing my flat for renting so charged 1.5% +vat fee instead 2%. But I realised it much higher than UK average fee. Service was fine but fee was high.

GoogleWe had a lovely experience with Goodfellows! Me and my partner couldn't be there in person but we really wanted to look at the flat we had seen. We managed to organise so that my in-laws went and saw it and we had a videocall with them. We had Jess who showed us around and was super helpful and fun to talk to. Thank you for the help! :)

GoogleMr. Bradley Hearse is great on getting me a good deal. When ever I follow-up him on the status he is very good on responding. Some time even when I find it hard to reach him, he used to call me back and ask for the reason and clarify all my doubts. GoogleHaving used quite a few estate agents in the Merton area over the last decade, I can safely say the service and attention received from Goodfellows in Morden was the best experience of it's kind I've had so far. After my last house purchase fell through and the market went weird at the end of the stamp duty holiday, I felt quite overwhelmed with the whole process. Jack and his team really helped guide me through the rigmarole and actually listened to what I was looking for, bringing me only properties with real potential on our search. Once a property was chosen, Goodfellows were quick accurate, informative and helpful in getting the purchase over the line (even assisting me in dealing with the painfully slow solicitor I had decided to use). Can't recommend Jack and all the team enough, will definitely be using them if/when I decide to step back into the market.

GoogleI am writing this review for Bradley Hearse from Goodfellows, who we liaised with during our search for a rental property. Bradley was super helpful, very prompt with his responses over phone and email, very knowledgeable and a very pleasant person to deal with. He showed us around a few properties and it was always very easy to talk to him and ask him questions. He was always honest with his responses, which always made us feel confident. He is a great agent, and I'm sure he will go places with his attitude and skills!
