We recently found ourselves after being in a long term let and just being told we could renew our lease again no problem that we had two months to leave - to say we were upset is an understatement! I started looking at houses to rent and found one to view through goodfellows Cheam. They have been brilliant Louise reader showed us the property and when we accepted has been very professional and helpful. We had everything in place for the new house in a week and to say we are relieved is an understatement. Louise even helped me measure up for curtains when my husband got stuck at work!!! I would def recommend Goodfellows but particularly Louise Reader.

Goodfellows Estate agents were fabulous. I found the service by Jonathan very straightforward. he was very friendly and always very professional. In general the prosses was stressful and took long time but I felt he took time to explain to me very clearly what the procedures were and also I didn’t feel pressurised. He made it all so easy, Whenever I called Jonathan always able to answer my questions. Jonathan is the best sales negotiator.

Jonathan is Awesome! He was very thorough, pleasant and patient, while made sure all info was provided and understood. I would highly recommend using this Company/Agent as they go beyond expectations and they provide professional service! Jonathan is friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble for him, he really goes out of his way to help. I got honest advice from him every time I needed one ! Thank you !!!

James and Jamie made buying my first property pretty pain free. A very personable service - James listened to my requirements and only showed me properties he thought I would be interested in and appeared to be on friendly terms with all the sellers. Jamie took over later on in the transaction to get it over the line. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, especially as a seller, as they clearly have the seller’s interests at heart.

I had a very good experience with Goodfellows a few years back for a rental. So i was pleased to be working with them again. I was very impressed with the speed of communication and being kept in the loop at all times. Jack Jenkins was excellent during the whole buying process, he was professional, friendly and reassuring at a time when we were unsure whether the house move would come to fruition. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jack. Thank you Jack!!

We viewed quite a few houses with Goodfellows Sutton and they were always very knowledgable, friendly and professional. The house we ended up buying was being sold through them and they were good at keeping us updated on progress and chasing up when needed up to completion. Overall we had an excellent experience with them. Special mention to Rosie.

Booked us in for a viewing confirmed it with 2 texts to us and a phone call the morning of the viewing and then cancelled it without telling us. My partner arrived at the property and had to find out from the tenant that there were no more viewings that day. Complete waste of time.

Dear Kelly we are sorry to hear about your experience, we have passed on your complaint on to the manager who will do a full investigation and get back to you. The manager said: The applicant was booked in at 2pm on Saturday. The tenant Annie of the property were made aware there were two time slots of viewings on Saturday. The applicants partner knocked on the door, Annie had left for work and Annie’s partner was not aware of the second set of viewings so refused the access to the applicant. Chanade was at another property and was filling in an offer form which is why one of the negotiators were running late to the appointment so that’s why they weren’t there when they arrived. We have since called and apologised to Kelly.
