GoogleWe have just successfully sold our house through Goldschmidts. Philip Green, James Morton and their team were excellent. Their valuation advice was spot on and their marketing plans were very impressive. In fact they were so successful that we sold our house “ off market” before the sale particulars were finalised. The whole process was handled very professionally and calmly by Goldschmidts and we felt in very safe hands. For the sale of a family home in North London in our view they cannot be beaten

GoogleI have had the most incredible experience with Daniel at Goldschmidts. My experience with estate agents has never been very reassuring and I felt that my interests were at heart from the get go. He was always ( and even now ) there to answer questions or get information from the seller. He was personable and honestly, how often do you get to feel as though buying a home matters as much to the person you’re dealing with as to you? I recommend them without equivocation. Hand on heart.

GoogleI recently rented out two flats through G&H and had a fantastic experience with Marc and Gabriella. They were an absolute pleasure to work with - highly professional with excellent communication throughout. Their rent valuations were not only accurate but higher than others and the flats were let almost immediately to excellent tenants. I highly recommend their services and would gladly work with them again in the future.

GoogleWe recently sold our house with Goldschmidt & Howland and we highly recommend their services to anyone looking to sell or buy. It didn’t take them long to sell our house but even when our purchase(completely unrelated to G&H) became arduous, we recieved impeccable service from Michael Josephides - he is very transparent, responsive and always ready to provide assistance. I'm awaiting completion on purchase as I'm writing this, but I'd have given up a long time ago if it wasn't for Michael's help.

GoogleGoldschmidt & Howland has now helped in an off-market purchase of a fabulous house in Hampstead, its subsequent sale, 17 years later, for a fantastic price and now, again, an off-market purchase of another beautiful house on the Holly Lodge Estate. Whether acting for vendors or buyers, they develop relationships really well, understanding the needs of the both parties and remain friendly and professional throughout. Without that rapport, I doubt that I would have been contacted so quickly when the properties came to market. The only issue now is will Michael Josephides (Highgate) be around in 17 years time, as Nibs Lakhani (Hampstead) was, if I choose to sell again! Thank you both. You were excellent and you have helped me to live a dream for many years.

GoogleGoldschmidt & Howland were recommended to me by a neighbour and they were also the Estate Agents preferred by the vendors of the apartment I was purchasing. So, despite some friendly pressure from other estate agents, I decided to appoint G&H to sell my apartment. I'm so glad I did! After an initial visit from two staff members, I dealt almost exclusively with Michael Josephides, Senior Sales Negotiator. He regularly kept me informed re updates/queries through texts/calls. The buyer put his own apartment on the market only after having seen mine and G&H dealt with this sale too. This greatly facilitated the process, as Michael was very diligent in pushing all concerned parties on both sides. I think the whole process would have taken much longer without his pro-active approach to everything. He was unfailingly polite and attentive and often went the extra mile to get something done. It was a real pleasure to deal with him and I wish him well in his future career.

GoogleI had a great experience selling my house with the Highgate office. Michael in particular was very vested in my sale and it felt like they genuinely cared that I sold. Immediately, even before going to wider market on social media, they were able to set up multiple viewings from relevant and interested parties. Goldschmidt has a great database of potential clients and I had over 47 viewings in a limited period. All communication was organised and detailed in terms of when viewings were happening. During contract period they were helpful and very useful in keeping the process moving forward . Highly recommend this company if you want a personal service and extremely knowledgable agents.

Nathan quickly found the right buyers for our flat and then Michael handled everything thereafter, keeping the whole operation on track and responding to all questions from every side. GoogleMe and my partner purchased our first flat together through Goldschmidt & Howland and were exceptionally pleased with the care and service throughout, particularly from Nathan, who used his local property knowledge and helped guide the buying process from initial viewings, follow up viewings, to offer, legal work and completion; he was always available to answer any queries and was very proactive in ensuring the buying process proceeded smoothly. We submitted our accepted offer on August 30th and received keys on October 25th, an unusually speedy completion timeframe that was certainly helped by our solicitor Streathers (also in Highgate) and Nathan and the rest of the team at Goldschmidt and Howland. We would absolutely recommend engaging their services for your purchase, and would very much welcome them back should we decide to sell.

His expertise in the Camden area market was clear from our very first meeting. Throughout the entire home-buying process, Amin was highly communicative, always quick to respond to calls and emails and keeping us informed every step of the way. His efficiency was impressive. He streamlined the paperwork and coordinated property viewings with ease, making the process much quicker than anticipated. Amin went above and beyond the transaction itself. When we encountered stress over moving timelines, he was incredibly helpful in ensuring things moved smoothly. Even after we had moved in, he followed up to make sure we were settling in well. GoogleG & H were the best possible agent to deal with when previously we had had no luck with other local agents.
