GoogleRecently bought a flat with them, working with Anthony Shadrach. He was calm, helpful and prompt through the process and made it feel more like home buying that just a mere transactional process. Even the team at the office were helpful. I will recommend working with them, especially Anthony !

GoogleHoward was my agent and my sale in Golders Green has just completed, despite me having to delay for a few months as i became unwell. Leaving my home after 32 years was painful but necessary and Howard was kind and patient. He helped whenever asked and was supportive throughout. He made a painful experience much more manageable and I am glad I chose this agent instead of the one I was using in 2023 when I withdrew from the transaction. I would highly recommend Howard. I found him straightforward and sensible, absent the bullying tactics some agents use to secure a sale.

GoogleWe had great difficulty in selling our London flat. However, it was eventually achieved using Goldschmidt and Howland, in the form of Ricky Dengel. Ricky is very diligent, hard working and experienced. He is trustworthy and knows the London market well. It was this experience, together with his equally experienced colleague Adam French, that helped get us over the line. We can recommend G&H as being very professional, knowledgeable and experienced.

From the very beginning, the team including Lillie and Amin was very professional, attentive, and knowledgeable, and friendly making the buying process smooth and stress-free. They guided me through every step, always keeping me informed and answering all my questions with patience. Once the purchase was complete, they also assisted in starting the rental process for my property. GoogleMe and my partner purchased our first flat together through Goldschmidt & Howland and were exceptionally pleased with the care and service throughout, particularly from Nathan, who used his local property knowledge and helped guide the buying process from initial viewings, follow up viewings, to offer, legal work and completion; he was always available to answer any queries and was very proactive in ensuring the buying process proceeded smoothly. We submitted our accepted offer on August 30th and received keys on October 25th, an unusually speedy completion timeframe that was certainly helped by our solicitor Streathers (also in Highgate) and Nathan and the rest of the team at Goldschmidt and Howland. We would absolutely recommend engaging their services for your purchase, and would very much welcome them back should we decide to sell.

GoogleJust sold through Amin at Goldscmidt Camden. He told me he had a buyer for my place from his contacts. Sold to his contact after two viewings. Didn't need to go to market. Goldschmidt charged a slightly higher commission than the others I spoke to but money well spent I think. Super efficient, no nonsense and great communication.
