GoogleMy wife & I had a really efficient and professional experience with the team here. Holly Hobbs, in particular, was pragmatic, efficient and helpful as we viewed what the neighborhood had to offer and worked through paperwork. Thanks Holly & the team at G&H! KR, E & K

GoogleGoldschmidt & Howland are my go-to for all property matters and I’ve dealt with them for almost 20 years now. Having just sold my family home, they really surpassed themselves on this occasion. Not only did they negotiate a great price during a market downturn, but what really made the difference was the overall smooth and stress free transaction in the trusted hands of Ben Bridges at the Camden Town office.

GoogleGREAT EXPERIENCE - We have recently sold our property through Goldschmidt and Howland's Camden branch and we were very impressed by the teams professionalism, knowledge and efficiency. Ben was our main contact and Daniel was also involved, both great people and would work with them again in a heartbeat. Thank you again

GoogleHad a great experience and have gone onto my second year of renting from G&H. My agent was absolutely not pushy but found things that fit my needs and requirements. Going into my second year, he proactively checked to make things were in order. One of the better letting agents in the area. Recommend.

GoogleI recently bought my first property in Camden. Daniel and I met when I rented a flat in London last year and I was already at that point impressed with how attentive he was to what I was looking for. No wasting of my time driving around London in a fancy Mini if you know what I mean. When I decided to grow up and buy my first flat I went back to see Daniel and here we are - 8 weeks after my first viewing I’m a proud owner of my lovely flat in the heart of Camden. I have nothing but good things to say about the Camden team: attentive, helpful, speedy, no nonsense agents. Highly recommended! Thank you Dan and Ben, much appreciated! Alex

GoogleIn general, they were nice people and pleasant to deal with. However, they lack professionalism and expertise. They made many mistakes when preparing the contract, scanned the wrong documents and the process took longer. It wasn’t really a problem, just bothersome. However, my biggest problem with them was their false advertisement. I’m currently renting a flat in Camden, through them. The first thing said to me when I visited the flat was how warm it gets in the winter and that this was its best quality. I was really keen on finding a warm apartment. Turns out, it was extremely badly insulated, the heating is poor and the windows are so old they increase heat loss. I’m having to wear 3 sweaters and 2 blankets in October. It’s so ridiculous I can’t even believe the lack of research. I’m truly disgusted and won’t ever turn to them for help again.
