We recently sold our house through G&H. From our first meeting, Nibs assisted with a realistic achievable valuation; gave good and sensible advice for small jobs to be done around the house to maximise value and minimise sales time; and was always in communication with us. Nibs had a strong list of suitable buyers; he arranged viewings quickly and efficiently; we achieved an asking price offer very quickly. Nibs was very honest with us in terms of the likelihood of higher / alternative bids so that, despite the complications of Covid, we had a very smooth sales process. I first contacted Goldschmidt & Howland many months ago in anticipation of my move to London from overseas. I was fortunate enough to be connected with Elliot Gold who could not have been more professional and nice. He listened carefully to what I was looking for in the way of a nice rental in the Hampstead area. At the end of the phone call, he told me that he thought he had the perfect flat for me. He sent me the photos and sure enough it was the perfect flat for me. Getting approval was a challenge as I am self-employed but Elliot went far and beyond the call of duty to ensure I received approval. I moved in last week and I could not be happier. We just exchanged on our house in Hampstead after only having put it on the market a very short time ago with Goldschmidt and Howland. They didn't waste my time with time wasters infact they only brought 3 or 4 potential buyers over who all made bids. In the end we got the price we wanted and the whole process was smooth and conducted in record time even with the pandemic making it harder than usual. We have benefited on numerous occasions over the last decade from the speedy and effective response of Adam Nachman and his team, at the Goldschmidt and Howland Hampstead Office. They have ensured that our properties were well let out with relatively minor voids between tenancies. The tenants that Adam has promoted have proved to be extremely good tenants. They have also been proactive in finding tenants in areas outside Hampstead for us. Adam is well versed in the market conditions and has always guided us appropriately in establishing a fair rental. We have no hesitation in commending and recommending him and his team for finding suitable tenants and then finalising the deal promptly. T W & E A Cohen

Since letting our flat over a year ago, I have been nothing but let down by G&H's service. We are currently on day 4 with a broken toilet. We still have no ETA on a plumber coming out. We will never let another G&H managed property again. They set a new low for estate agents.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We note that this was arranged for yesterday evening where it was identified that a part and a plumber would be required, at which point we were given instructions from your Landlord to organise a contractor. We understand this was organised with you last night for a visit this morning at 8am, where the repair was carried out. Had a great experience and have gone onto my second year of renting from G&H. My agent was absolutely not pushy but found things that fit my needs and requirements. Going into my second year, he proactively checked to make things were in order. One of the better letting agents in the area. Recommend.
