GooglePurchased my flat in Kentish Town with G&H and Daniel Grayson and the whole process was completely smooth and flawless. Dan was extremely attentive and responsive throughout and continues to be so even after completion!

GoogleGreat experience buying a flat that was represented by Amin from this agency. He was one of the fastest responsive agents I've interacted with and was also highly proactive with trying to nudge the process along. Would seek him out if I were in a position to sell my place.
Thank you Albert for taking your time to leave such a positive review!

GoogleIt was a pleasure to deal with Goldschmidt & Howland, and particularly Josh, who has been truly by our side all along the process, acting as a single point of contact. When the legal aspects didn't go to plan, Josh was a reassuring presence, full of positivity, always ready to layout the next steps, and always ready to pick up the phone to make things move forward with our stakeholders.
Thank you for the kind review Jerome we will pass on your kind words to Josh!

GoogleHighly recommend working with G&H. Dan in particular was extremely responsive when handling my various (and numerous) questions and uncertainties as an inexperienced buyer. He was very proactive, and really went the extra mile to ensure the success of my purchase. I am very grateful and will certainly be using G&H in the future, should the requirement arise.
Thank you Ewin for sharing your experience with us. We look forward to working with you again in the future.

GoogleSelling a property is never easy, however Goldschmidt & Howland in Camden Town made the process a lot less stressful, the team there especially Daniel Grayson continually kept me updated and informed of any progressions or indeed obsticals. I was supported at all times, and no task big or small was to much for them to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future and would wholly reccomend them.
Thank you for your review Bea!

GoogleAmin and Joshua were not only professional at all times, but a pleasure to deal with. Despite the fact that it wasn't all smooth sailing, their help in keeping things calm, and on track was much appreciated. We had a great result at the end of the day. I would highly recommend.
Hi Arthur, Thank you so much for leaving us a lovely review, we really do appreciate it.

Google5 big stars for this G&H office and specially to Dan Grayson who made the whole buying process so much easier! Since day 1 he’s gone above and beyond to make sure all our queries were resolved, he remained our most reliable point of contact throughout the whole purchasing process and gave us great advice. Thank you!
Hi Miguel, Thanks so much for the positive feedback which is appreciated.

GoogleReally great service from Amin at Goldschmidt Camden, who - after I registered interest - suggested we see the house off market. We knew it was the one for us, and from making an offer the process went very smoothly in what are inevitably stressful circumstances; always communicative and passing on info from the sellers' perspective too. We couldn't be happier with the house!
Hi Ed, Thannk you for taking the time to leave us a review, we really do appreciate it.

GoogleDan Grayson was absolutely brilliant. I bought a property which Goldschmidt & Howland were marketing, so I had no personal arrangement with them, but Dan was so helpful, supportive and efficient. I really felt like he cared about ensuring the best outcome for both the seller and me. Dan was a pleasure to deal with and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
Thank you Ewin for sharing your experience with us. We look forward to working with you again in the future.

GoogleAmin sold my house in Camden for me. He was a real pleasure to deal with, always responsive and very professional. He gave us clear and honest advice and had allot of knowledge about the local area and the market. The whole process went through smoothly without any problems. I am so glad I chose Goldschmidt & Amin to act as my agents after seeing allot of the local agents Amin and his team stood out above the rest. I have already recommended him to my neighbours and will always remember how he went the extra mile for me & my family.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAmin did a brilliant job helping us find a house. Everyone we interacted with at Goldschmidt were helpful and professional throughout the whole process and we were really impressed with the level of knowledge the agents had on each house that we viewed. Would definitely recommend, thank you!
Thank you Becca for your kind words, we hope you enjoy your new home!

GoogleOur experience of Goldschmidt & Howland in the sale of our Camden Town property was exemplary. The description of the property on their website was extensively detailed, wholly accurate and evidently persuasive. Our dealings with Amin and Josh was at all times extremely courteous, prompt and informative. I would have no hesitation in recommending this agency to others.
Good Afternoon Eric, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, it's really appreciated.

GoogleSo grateful to Josh at G&H for showing me my dream home and working incredibly hard to help me move into it! The due diligence, liaising and chasing down of solicitors and other estate agents was second to none and it was great to have such brilliant support; especially at the most frustrating and nail biting times. The most helpful, honest and friendly agent that you could hope to come across.
Thank you for your review Sian, we really appreciate it!

GoogleWe both bought our new house, and sold our previous one, through Goldschmidt. Our experience with Amin and his team was excellent. They made the process, which, through no fault of theirs, was at times painful, as hassle free as possible. Amin in particular was a model of composure, went above and beyond when circumstances required, and brought both sale and purchase to a happy conclusion. I would not hesitate to use them again, and would recommend others do (in fact, have already done so).
Thank you for the review, David. We are so pleased to hear that you had a great experience with G&H.

GoogleAmazing Camden sales team of Amin, Josh and Dan achieved such a great outcome for me with the sale of my house! They had great energy, are super nice, very professional and totally know what they’re doing and how to do it better than the rest. Amin was always calm and in control working closely with me and my buyer to achieve the best outcome for both of us. Don’t hesitate to choose them as your sole agents, work closely with them and trust their process - great things happen. Very pleased and grateful to them.
Susie, Thanks for taking the time to leave a lovely review.

GoogleI cannot recommend Joshua Gould enough. We purchased a house where he was the agent for 2 of the houses in a chain of 4. I have absolutely no doubt that the chain would have failed were it not for Josh’s excellent communication and diplomacy skills. In all my dealings with him I found him proactive, honest and incredibly hard working. He was head and shoulders above all the other estate agents involved in the chain. A completely different league. Should we ever sell he will be the first number I call. A lovely guy who was a pleasure to deal with.
Thank you for your review!

GoogleVery happy with the service provided by Goldschmidts but extra praise to Jeremy Landes who went beyond the call of duty, updating us on the sale regularly, without being chased, and even in the evenings and at weekends.

GoogleJeremy looked after our sale and we'd happily recommend him and G&H. He was a helpful and calming influence during an inevitably stressful experience. Would definitely use G&H again

GoogleRecently concluded a property transaction with Jeremy Landes (as the Sales Agent); it was a race against time, and it required multiple engagements with various counterparties needing a lot of coordination. Jeremey was superb in running with the whole thing. Super experience provided with some brilliant work done by him. would encourage all to work with him at G & H. Thanks once again Jeremy.
