GoogleAdam at the firm was a pleasure to work with and guided us with our flat purchase. It happened to be not the most straightforward process and he was with us doing everything he could, very responsive and understanding of our situation (we were pregnant first and then with a small baby) to get things over the line. Would absolutely recommend them!

She knew exactly what we were looking for and was always professional with all the details we wanted to know. GoogleWe had a great experience with G&H Highgate for our rental. Great to deal with and with a helpful, honest style which is not necessarily common in the industry. Marc specifically was great - very easy to communicate with and very quick to respond to queries and help get al the admin side sorted. Would use again.

GoogleNathan and Adam were, quite simply, brilliant. They got the valuation spot-on and managed the process of finding a strong buyer incredibly well. This was made all the more complicated by the huge number of potential buyers and the strong interest in the house. They’re both lovely to work with and are far and away the best estate agents that I have ever used.

GoogleSelling a property is never easy, however Goldschmidt & Howland in Camden Town made the process a lot less stressful, the team there especially Daniel Grayson continually kept me updated and informed of any progressions or indeed obsticals. I was supported at all times, and no task big or small was to much for them to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future and would wholly reccomend them.

The due diligence, liaising and chasing down of solicitors and other estate agents was second to none and it was great to have such brilliant support; especially at the most frustrating and nail biting times. GoogleI cannot recommend Joshua Gould enough. We purchased a house where he was the agent for 2 of the houses in a chain of 4. I have absolutely no doubt that the chain would have failed were it not for Josh’s excellent communication and diplomacy skills. In all my dealings with him I found him proactive, honest and incredibly hard working. He was head and shoulders above all the other estate agents involved in the chain. A completely different league. Should we ever sell he will be the first number I call. A lovely guy who was a pleasure to deal with.

They had great energy, are super nice, very professional and totally know what they’re doing and how to do it better than the rest. GoogleI had the worst experience with Goldschmidt as a renter, especially with the agent Eliot. The flat that they made us visit was in order and we paid a deposit and signed papers for rental. This was a big move for us as we moved from abroad. On the day of our move to London, the agent called me to explain that the tenants were refusing to move and that Goldschmidt and the landlord were cancelling the contract. No effort to back us up or to help us what so ever. This was a very stressful time for us in part because Goldschmidt was unable to honor the contract and to help in any way and because we were left without a place to stay. Thanks again Goldschmidt. Awful experience. Stay away.
JC, we are sad to note your review but it does not mirror the event vis a vis your application form. Your holding deposit was received on the afternoon of 12th July, we then advised you that unfortunately the application wasn't going ahead at circa 1pm on 13th July and the deposit refund was made to you on 14th July. Your prospective tenancy was not due to start until early September. The tenancy application form that you completed was not a tenancy agreement and on checking the record we were surprised to note you thought this had occurred on the day you were due to move when, in fact, that is not the case. If it had been we would of course have tried our best to help you find accommodation.
