GoogleGoldschmidts were one of three agents who came to win instructions for this sale. They came meaning business, which was very compelling. Two members of the team arrived very well prepared, Daniel Harris and Louisa Blundell. They were armed with a file of comparable sales and made a convincing pitch. It was very impressive. Thereafter, they fully delivered. They found an buyer within a week. Daniel thereafter handled the whole process. He was charming and chiding as necessary. He did a huge amount of work moving the sale forward and was available almost all hours. I cannot speak highly enough of his input. Not for nothing that Goldschmidts has the reputation as the No.1agent in NW3.

GoogleFrom the start Philip, Nibs and Alex were super efficient, discreet, professional and clearly highly skilled and knowledgeable. Once the house was on the market, I dealt solely with Nibs who was always available - answering all my texts and calls at whatever time of day. He arranged a huge amount of viewings that all ran smoothly under his care and always took into consideration my preferences for days/times. Within 2 weeks I was delighted to accept an offer in excess of the asking price which in this current economic climate I was very surprised at. Thereafter Nibs ensured the sale went through as smoothly and as quickly as possible- again always adhering to my wishes. The after care has also been excellent. All in all an absolute easy pleasure and I highly recommend.

GoogleMo was a lifesaver a month ago, we talked and made the final decision and paid the holding fee in less than 7 hours. He is always happy to solve problems and unlike other agents he would call me to confirm everything is up to date. Very efficient! If you need a place to stay, ask Mo for help!!!!!

GoogleMostafa was an excellent estate agent who was very helpful through the whole process, from showing me around the property to communicating with the landlord. He ensured we had all the correct documentation filled out on time and has even been helpful with getting us settled in despite not managing the property. I would strongly recommend using his services if considering renting or buying in Camden.

GoogleBest experience to deal with a real estate agency in London! I recommend with all my heart Mark Brahams from Goldschmidt & Howland Highgate! I rented a 2-bedroom apartment in Crouch End in July 2023 with Mark, and I was happy to have his help. He acted promptly, clearly and very professionally. For example, we scheduled a viewing for the day of our first call and did all things fast and clearly. English is not my first language and I was concerned about possible misunderstandings, but Mark and his colleagues made sure everything was clear and understandable. The entire process was very prompt. Mark kindly helped me carry out an additional viewing when I needed to clarify the dimensions of the furniture and take additional measurements. He specially came to the address at the end of the working day. All the work of the agency and Mark's colleagues was also excellent. I also communicated with other agency managers who processed the deal, prepared documents, etc. I especially appreciate Chanel's work with documents and preceding the Tenancy agreement. Communication with them was also very comfortable, understandable, and productive. Thanks to Mark and his colleagues, my tenancy deal was quick, easy and comfortable. Today I live in a great apartment, in a lovely area. And I am grateful to Mark that this happened.

GoogleFantastic service from start to finish. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I must single out Ben Bridges. "Above and Beyond" does not begin to do justice to his abilities and approach to client-care. He problem-solved the numerous issues we encountered, remained consistently available - even while on holiday - showing genuine diligence to get the job done. Personable, hard working, reassuring and extremely able, in Ben we struck gold. Anthony and Louisa were also wonderful ambassadors for G&H, an outstanding team that did the company proud and set the bar for other estate agents to aspire to. Top marks.

GoogleGoldschmidt & Howland Hampstead is by far the most professional branch of an estate agency I have ever dealt with. I would have no hesitation in using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent or buy in North London. The team in Hampstead helped my partner and I secure an incredible rented property in Belsize Park. Two people stood out to us. Firstly, we were extremely impressed with Elliot Gold's professionalism and diligence when he took us around the property. Elliot is very personable and able to build rapport and trust. He patiently answered all of our questions and clearly understood what we were hoping to achieve. In particular, he went above and beyond what might be expected of him by answering all of our questions after the viewing (whether by text or on the phone) and facilitating the close of the deal. A top estate agent! A big thank you is also owed to Adam Nachman. Adam leads the talented lettings team at Goldschmidt & Howland. He has an excellent way with his clients and is clearly well regarded by all those who deal with him. He really pushed for us in securing our dream rental property in NW3, for which we will always be grateful.

GoogleReally pleased with our experience as tenants in a property managed by the Hampstead G&H team. Right from the start of the property search process Holly in particular was a pleasure to deal with and very professionally and efficiently negotiated a deal for us. She also stayed in touch throughout our tenancy which was really appreciated. The property management and office team were also a pleasure to deal with and so responsive to any queries, maintenance points and guidance on the check out process when we left the property. Would certainly recommend going forward.
