GoogleWe used Goldschmidt on West End Lane for many years to let out our flat on Cleve Road. They were always excellent in finding us really good tenants and managing things smoothly. We have now sold the property, and Neil Probert, the selling agent did a great job in managing the process seamlessly for us, combined with a good Welsh sense of humour.

GoogleAs a landlord, I have been extremely pleased with the West Hampstead Goldschmidt and Howland office. They found me lovely tenants for a short term let. Daniel (the lettings manager) and Carly (the tenancy administrator) have both been wonderful communicators and very accommodating. Carly was especially helpful with setting up the tenancy. I have been most impressed with the flexibility on offer in terms of using their services or not (such as tenant references, etc..) and the speed with which I received the funds. Also, the commission is significantly lower than that of their competitors! I couldn't recommend more highly!

GoogleThe service we have enjoyed from the West Hampstead branch has been exceptional from start to finish. Harrison found us a lovely apartment, arranged viewings on the shortest of notice, answered our questions quickly and professionally, kept us constantly updated, and even gave us his mobile number to contact him over the holiday period (despite the offices being closed). Carly then ensured that the tenancy process was swift, smooth and trouble-free. Having dealt with more than a dozen letting agents in the last 2 months, the service provided by Goldschmidt’s was easily the best.
