GoogleWe had a particularly difficult and extended sale on a property in Highgate. Oliver Lewis of G&H was excellent in navigating the sale of the property. Oliver provided a very honest and professional service throughout. Always contactable an very efficient in moving the sale forward under difficult conditions. GoogleWe had a high value property to sell and spoke to a small number of companies. By far the best and the one that gave us the most confidence was Goldschmidt. Nathan evaluated the property was excited by the challenge and got us an offer after 30 minutes on the first viewing - at more half a mile over guide - his stewardship and closing of the transaction was incredible. I am discussing rentals and purchase with them and they are my go to

GoogleWe were very lucky to find estate agent, Nathan Taylor. Nathan listened very carefully to our requirements. He had excellent local knowledge not only of properties on the market but, amazingly, he found us a property that was not yet on the market. Once the price was agreed he kept a close watch on the sale making sure that both the seller and ourselves were comfortable with the process thus saving us stress when the legal procedures seemed a little slow. Nathan is a very dedicated agent who obviously loves his work and these are among his many excellent qualities which I’ve no doubt achieves the very best outcome for both sellers and buyers.

GoogleBest experience to deal with a real estate agency in London! I recommend with all my heart Mark Brahams from Goldschmidt & Howland Highgate! I rented a 2-bedroom apartment in Crouch End in July 2023 with Mark, and I was happy to have his help. He acted promptly, clearly and very professionally. For example, we scheduled a viewing for the day of our first call and did all things fast and clearly. English is not my first language and I was concerned about possible misunderstandings, but Mark and his colleagues made sure everything was clear and understandable. The entire process was very prompt. Mark kindly helped me carry out an additional viewing when I needed to clarify the dimensions of the furniture and take additional measurements. He specially came to the address at the end of the working day. All the work of the agency and Mark's colleagues was also excellent. I also communicated with other agency managers who processed the deal, prepared documents, etc. I especially appreciate Chanel's work with documents and preceding the Tenancy agreement. Communication with them was also very comfortable, understandable, and productive. Thanks to Mark and his colleagues, my tenancy deal was quick, easy and comfortable. Today I live in a great apartment, in a lovely area. And I am grateful to Mark that this happened.

GoogleWholeheartedly recommend. Oliver was fantastic every step of the way. He completely understood what we wanted for our dream home, and actually called us to say he had found us the perfect house (which ended up being the one we purchased). Oliver was kind, patient, and his expertise was evident throughout every aspect of this process. My husband and I felt supported throughout this whole home-buying journey, and we felt comfortable and relaxed knowing that Oliver always had our best interests at heart. GoogleI recently instructed Danny to help sell my flat and received excellent service from start to finish. He got the flat on the market quickly, with great photos and gave me honest feedback and continued to push the sale along. He was always contactable and checked in regularly on progress. The flat needed some work done before completion and he helped organise contractors and was available to let the buyer/contractor in when I couldn't get to the flat or tenants were out. I'd definitely recommend his services for buying and selling in Camden.

GoogleI had a positive experience working with the team at Goldschmidt & Howland and would recommend working with them if you are moving to London from outside of the UK. I found everyone to be responsive and accommodating. I especially appreciated working with Mo who was very helpful in my search while I was still outside of the country and equally helpful once I made it to the apartment in person. As someone looking for a flat remotely, I was grateful for his responsiveness and his willingness to answer all of my questions.

GoogleWe used Goldschmidt on West End Lane for many years to let out our flat on Cleve Road. They were always excellent in finding us really good tenants and managing things smoothly. We have now sold the property, and Neil Probert, the selling agent did a great job in managing the process seamlessly for us, combined with a good Welsh sense of humour.
