GoogleMo and the rest of the staff were so helpful when we decided to move! With prompt replies and careful guidance we managed to view and secure our flat in 24 hours! Everything was up to spec and they have been so encouraging and patient we will appreciate it always! Fab work x

GoogleYou are just number for them… They scam us by asking around 2900£ to break our contract based on the money the landlord was supposed to pay if we were not in the flat. It was really weird as they had already find new tenants… we are in a bad situation now. We do not know how we are going to do. Never again … to avoid!
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry to note your perception of a negative experience. We've reviewed your feedback and we're not sure why you gave us a 1 star rating. You entered into a fixed two year tenancy on 1st March 2023. You requested an early surrender of the tenancy. You were aware that should you wish to terminate before being legally permitted to do so under the terms of the agreement that there would be associated costs and also be subject to the Landlords consent. This is made clear in various pre-tenancy documents and included in the signed tenancy agreement. The Landlord did agree to the early surrender and the early termination costs were agreed by you on 5th July. Based on this we commenced marketing the property and were able to advise you a new tenant has been found and, as you are aware, that process is underway. Whilst we value feedback we are not sure what more we could have done to facilitate your wishes in this case.

GoogleI cannot praise Ricky in particular but also Adam for the effort they put in to getting my flat sold at a time when the market has been very difficult. Always cheerful, professional, efficient and on the case. The best agents I have ever had - would 100% recommend.

GoogleI am a new landlord and was extremely pleased with the service provided by Richard Ornstein and his team in the Little Venice office. They guided me through preparation for letting the property, the legal requirements, contract terms and marketing the flat. I was very happy when they found a suitable tenant very quickly and the check in inventory and cleaning arranged by Richard were very satisfactory, with the tenant contacting me to compliment the condition of the flat at hand-over. Totally professional service throughout the process.

GoogleAs a landlord in Highgate since 2001, I can't recommend estate agents Golsdchmidt and Howland enough. I have often used their letting service over the last 15 years and found them extremely professional,courteous and helpful. On each occasion, they have managed to meet or considerably exceed rental expectations. For me, it is also important to find careful tenants I can trust with whom I can build a good working relationship, and here too Goldschmidt and Howland have come through for me. Most recently, my tenants notified me they were leaving just before Christmas, leaving me facing a void until well into January. But I need not have worried. Letting Manager Marc Brahams found me new tenants to move in the day after the current ones left, 2 days before Christmas, at an excellent rent, even better than the previous one he secured for me. Somehow it was all sorted in time. I'm not sure anyone else could have done this, and I am grateful.
