GoogleWe’ve been in contact with Elliot Gold , one of their agents who was really unprofessional with us . There was an issue with our rent agreement which caused a lot of frustration for us and the landlord and Eliot didn’t understand our side so we felt that their agent doesn’t understand the real estate laws properly. I wouldn’t choose them as a landlord or as a tenant.
Tal, we understand your frustration but unfortunately we were unable to advise on your current tenancy as we were not the agents involved with its set up or tenancy agreement.

The flat was smartly advertised and we had a steady stream of viewings and offers. When an initial offeror withdrew unexpectedly, we nonetheless turned it around quickly, and found another buyer readily, and at a higher price to boot, thanks to Michael's good advice. We found our experience with Goldschmidt well above what we have experienced with other agencies. Thanks Michael and thanks G team! P & K

GoogleMichael was an amazingly helpful and supportive estate agent throughout a challenging and lengthy process. He was always available to speak and went out of his way to help on many occasions, once even when he was on annual leave. Had we not had his support I’m not sure the purchase would have gone through in the end so we are really grateful for all his hard work. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Unlike certain other agents who I met, Amin was the very epitome of professionalism from the off, and was immediately enthused about our prospects.
