GoogleI only have good things to say about G&H Hampstead, and in particular Raphael. He is a real asset to the team. After months of looking, my partner and I found the most perfect property. We completed earlier this week. I can honestly say that we would not be in this position had it not been for Raphael. He is a pleasure to deal with, and has gone above and beyond every step of the way. His tenacity and pragmatism are to be commended, and he has always made himself available and kept us up to date with the latest developments. Raphael has made what is reportedly a difficult process, very easy, and I have no hesitation in recommending him to others. We are incredibly grateful for his help and support.

GoogleI sold my property through Ben, Daniel, Anthony and Louisa in the Sales team. They did an incredible job: great efforts, patience, courtesy and professionalism throughout the sale process. They generated 70-80 viewings in a cautious market and handled each lead with great diligence and smart salesmanship. Throughout, they were a pleasure to deal with and both upbeat and realistic. GoogleRaphäel Sullit Tarry in Goldschmidt’s Hampstead office negotiated the sale of a flat in Hampstead for me. Completion has now taken place. Property sales are often problematic and as a professional investor I am used to dealing with such situations. In this sale having Raphäel on board made the process far easier. He was highly responsive, he was commercial and handled his side of the sale brilliantly. I would readily recommend him. He’s a credit to Goldschmidt’s.

GoogleAnthony Shadrach and the G&H team are to be commended for their efficient, caring actions that helped us sell a Hampstead flat, not only quickly as regards getting an acceptable offer and for the time the whole process took, but also to the final price to go above the asking price. We were happy with the way we were kept informed and with the advice given. G&H have a strong base of potential buyers, which made helped speed up the process. No easy feat with a looming stamp duty deadline, which we were thrilled to beat with hours to spare. GoogleWe have just successfully sold our house through Goldschmidts. Philip Green, James Morton and their team were excellent. Their valuation advice was spot on and their marketing plans were very impressive. In fact they were so successful that we sold our house “ off market” before the sale particulars were finalised. The whole process was handled very professionally and calmly by Goldschmidts and we felt in very safe hands. For the sale of a family home in North London in our view they cannot be beaten
