GoogleA couple of weeks ago we were asked by our son to view some properties on his behalf whilst he was abroad. He identified two properties, both of which were listed with Goldschmidt and Howland. From our very first enquiry which was picked up by Billy in their Highgate Office, we have been blown away by his professionalism, engaging manner and honesty (not a word often associated with Estate Agency!). We had several viewings over a ten day period with Billy, visiting one property three times whilst we tried to decide on which flat! On each occasion, Billy gave us really sound advice and pointed out things that we had not even considered. I am delighted to say that after all the back and forth our son now has a property under offer - with Billy! Goldschmidt and Howland are a breath of fresh air in the world of Estate Agency and we are so grateful to Billy. He really is an exceptional young man who has made our son’s first property purchase a truly positive experience. Thank you!

GoogleMy partner and I purchased our first flat through Goldschmidt & Howland with the help of Raphael, who supported us for nearly a year until we found our perfect home. He was always flexible and happy to meet us on weekends, which made a huge difference as we both work full-time and could only do viewings then. The entire process, from offer to completion, was smooth, and Raphael was consistently supportive and on top of everything, always in a friendly, non-pushy way (a rare quality among agents!). We highly recommend Goldschmidt & Howland, but above all, we strongly recommend working with Raphael.

I worked with them on the sale of my apartment in London NW3 and they were extremely helpful in assisting the process and finding solutions in the painful conveyancing process. Don’t use anyone else!
