TrustpilotGleeson Homes have been fantastic with customer service. I highly recommend.
Gleeson Homes have been fantastic with customer service from start to finish with helping me buy a new home. Suzanne McGovern who is the senior sales executive at Gleeson homes in Whitworth, Rochdale has been amazing. She has helped me out throughout the process and kept in constant contact with me, kept me up to date every step of the way. I can’t thank her enough. She has helped me select my extras and has made the whole process easy and less stressful. She is also very cheerful and always smiling and it just makes you feel at ease and in a good mood even when things are stressful. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another Gleeson home and if I was searching for one I’d certainly do my best to locate the site that Suzanne was on.

I wouldn't even give them one star if I could!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM GLEESON THEY COULDNT CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! Where do I bloody begin, we bought a home just shy of 3 years ago and we had problems from the start.... not only has the incompetence of gleeson salespeople cost me thousands of pounds with British gas, their incompetent builders are now costing me thousands to rectify the appalling builds on these houses! Gleesons want absolutely nothing to do with it either instead you just get sh*tty responses from customer complaints. So thanks gleesons, not quite 3 year old house and I'm not left in crippling debt and a front door I can't even shut or lock! We we warned but as niave 21 year olds we thought well they can't be that bad..... believe me they are!!!!

TrustpilotFantastic service
Allison Bews made buying our Gleeson house a breeze, we turned up for our meeting in the morning & by lunchtime we had a new home (subject to checks & payment) After taking us to see the house (we knew straight away that it was perfect for us) Allison went through all the paperwork thoroughly and around 6 weeks later we moved in. We love it here - thanks Allison

TrustpilotPauline, The Rowans
We recently visited the Rowans development in Workington to view the Dublin 4-bed show home, and I can’t praise Pauline highly enough! From the moment we walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly, making us feel completely at ease.Pauline’s knowledge of the development and the homes on offer was truly impressive. She answered all our questions with patience and clarity, providing detailed information about the property, the local area, and the buying process. Her passion for what she does really shines through, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about helping people find their perfect home. What stood out most was how approachable and accommodating Pauline was throughout our visit. Nothing was too much trouble, and she went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. If you’re considering a Gleeson home at the Rowans, I can’t recommend Pauline highly enough, she’s an absolute credit to the team! Thank you for such a positive experience.

TrustpilotI recently purchased a property from…
I recently purchased a property from Gleeson Homes and had mixed feelings about the experience. While the initial buying process appeared smooth, I was disappointed that some promised repairs and enhancements were not followed through. Communication and accountability issues from Gleeson left me somewhat frustrated. However, I've encountered helpful staff like Jodie and Glenn who provided good support along the way. There also seems to be excellent customer service at some sites, as highlighted by other reviewers. If you're considering buying from Gleeson, it's important to ensure any promises are backed by a commitment to deliver. Overall, a satisfactory experience but with room for improvement.

TrustpilotGleeson Review
Gleeson ReviewMy experience with Gleeson has been amazing from start to finish. Amaara from Crown Gardens has been very helpful, polite, friendly, consistent and knowledgeable. I have not had any issues from Gleeson at all.I am a first time buyer with no knowledge of anything to do with buying a property and Amaara has helped me throughout the whole process. Even after moving into the property she is always there to help and support me when needed and it is very much appreciated. Gleeson not only provide beautiful homes but also a fantastic customer service. They are not pressuring by any way and will always make you feel welcome and happy to be in their presence. I am very satisfied with the property and the finishes by the team and I would encourage others to buy a Gleeson home. The efficiency of the property and the build quality is extraordinary. Thank you to everyone involved, you are all appreciated but I must say Amaara you have done an amazing job and I could not be happier thanks to you.
