TrustpilotI have been chasing since SEPTEMBER
I have been chasing since September as to the state that our estate has been left in. They have moved off this site now and it is clearly out of sight, out of mind. Constantly being fobbed off with the same ‘we are chasing our technical department’ response. The management company have not took over yet so it is of the responsibility of Gleeson to do this yet these ‘managed’ areas have been left for months and months leaving it a scruffy mess. Just goes to show the disregard they have once they have their money!!

Find new evidence of Gleeson homes being built horrifically on a weekly/monthly basis. Avoid unless you have 50k+ to rectify issues as they either don't care or don't have a clue when you contact them in attempt to resolve issues.

Tees Valley Tyne and Wear customer service is so bad. Ive been chasing up problems I’ve had for years. To then be told the problems were never reported. I then found the email trail from my side and email responses from the company. Sent this in and shock there’s no response. I’ve rang multiple times and get no further. Who else can I complain to

My partner and i are first time buyers and had no clue were to begin! Angie at Holton Croft was so so attentive, sometimes you feel under pressure when visiting show homes but Angie made us feel so at ease and relaxed she was that good we ended up reserving! Thank you Angie your service was second to none, it was a pleasure meeting you, we also communicate with Cheryl the sales rep and she is absolutely amazing also, she has helped us understand everything and gone through everything to help our house buying process that much simpler! I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Scott and Roxy for making the whole process of buying a house at Winceby Fields, Gleeson Homes so simple, quick and efficient. From initial enquiry all the way through too completion, nothing was ever to much. Both Scott and Roxy were happy to work around my work schedule, even coming in on days off to help. Even though I reserved the house at the last minute, Gleeson managed to accommodate all finishing touches I needed. What really impressed me was the aftercare service. Even though I’ve not had any issues, they have checked in with me to make sure I’m happy with everything in the house. Would definitely recommend Gleeson and will be back to buy again!

Although a lot of people said that buying houses in uk 🇬🇧 is difficult, however, Gleesons made it a lot easier regardless of the obstacles encountered. To be honest, it wasn’t an easy journey especially with my wife who was pregnant at that moment. We were hoping that we could move in before the baby will be born, however, unforeseen circumstances are part of life.

Stella at bracken park really helped making moving into our first home alot Easier than expected, she was always in contact with us over everything and made the whole process smooth. The whole process only took 6 weeks from start to finish a lot quicker than we initially thought. We’ve only been living in our new home a few weeks and we love it. We can’t thank them all enough.
