Where do I start, from start to finish everything was seamless! Suzanne our sales manager was brilliant! She was very patience and accommodating from the start. She was always a phone call away and willing to answer any queries we had. We met Steve our site manager later on in the process but what a lovely guy he was, very friendly and helpful. Both him and Suzanne made our experience a great one.Best customer service and we would always recommend Gleeson to anyone. Thanks so much Gleeson for making out journey of getting a house awesome.

We had the best experience buying our beautiful Gleeson home at Moorland Green thanks to ALISON BEWS, she guided us through the whole journey.Alison is extremely knowledgeable, nothing was to much for her.Gleesons are very lucky to have such a fantastic employee.

Property is very poorly built, the worst materials used, no consideration for families within their homes no cupboard space and gaps in the windows frames and gaps under window pane. also the bottom of the skirt ing boards cold air rushing. through. I would not reccommend this company. the bedrooms are small with now builtin cuoboards and not enough room to buy one.

Dina Al-Asadi was a great help in supporting us reserving our first home with gleeson. She pointed us in all the right directions and was very knowledgeable in all areas. She made us feel at ease in the journey of reserving our home. She checked in with us and answered any questions we had without hesitation. I would recommend her to anyone, she was welcoming and friendly throughout.

We have had a great experience so far. Dina Al-Asadi has been a tremendous help in assisting us with making an appointment to reserve our first home. Both myself and my partner were updated almost daily by Dina as to when our plot would be released and she was so helpful and informative. We especially appreciate her patience as we would be in touch almost every day with new queries. So far, great experience. Fingers crossed a smooth road to home ownership from here!

She helped us select extras and kept in constant contact with me to keep me updated every step of the way, making the entire process easy.Haydn Bishop is the Site Manager at Gleeson Homes in Safari. He is a professional, work to heart, responsible and helpful person. Such as he explained the systems and equipments of the house to us in details and clearly when meeting with him and key release meeting.They are trustworthy. We are many thanks them. Gleeson Homes have been fantastic with customer service from start to finish with helping me buy a new home. Suzanne McGovern who is the senior sales executive at Gleeson homes in Whitworth, Rochdale has been amazing. She has helped me out throughout the process and kept in constant contact with me, kept me up to date every step of the way. I can’t thank her enough. She has helped me select my extras and has made the whole process easy and less stressful. She is also very cheerful and always smiling and it just makes you feel at ease and in a good mood even when things are stressful. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another Gleeson home and if I was searching for one I’d certainly do my best to locate the site that Suzanne was on.

I wouldn't even give them one star if I could!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM GLEESON THEY COULDNT CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! Where do I bloody begin, we bought a home just shy of 3 years ago and we had problems from the start.... not only has the incompetence of gleeson salespeople cost me thousands of pounds with British gas, their incompetent builders are now costing me thousands to rectify the appalling builds on these houses! Gleesons want absolutely nothing to do with it either instead you just get sh*tty responses from customer complaints. So thanks gleesons, not quite 3 year old house and I'm not left in crippling debt and a front door I can't even shut or lock! We we warned but as niave 21 year olds we thought well they can't be that bad..... believe me they are!!!!

Allison Bews made buying our Gleeson house a breeze, we turned up for our meeting in the morning & by lunchtime we had a new home (subject to checks & payment) After taking us to see the house (we knew straight away that it was perfect for us) Allison went through all the paperwork thoroughly and around 6 weeks later we moved in.
