GoogleA shockingly bad service... I wouldn't even call them solicitors... I'd call this business a mess... if i could I'd give them minus 5 stars... nothing but trouble from the get go... ZERO communication esp from their paralegal ELLE M. I swear I'd get a hold of the pope before I'd get a hold of her!!!! She NEVER picks up, they keep asking for more and more paperwork every couple of wks... im now about to get the keys next wk and after chasing elle m for nearly 2wks, i had been sent paperwork today that wont be here till at least Monday, they want everything now within 5 working days so the paperwork can be done, and when i asked how is it i couldn't get a hold of her by email or phone (called her direct number and the office number where they kept transferring me to her and it kept going to vm) she was apparently on holiday... yeah right!!!! You go on holiday, dont leave an out of the office message on emails and nobody in the office knows you're on holiday... right... and im a snow white!!!! If my details werent passed to them by tge financial advisor and had i known any better, id find myself somebody else cos they are a joke and obviously dont give a damn cos they don't even answer bad reviews unless it's from landlords or potential long term tenants... figures...

GoogleI have enquired about two of their properties for rent - both were immediately available (and still are), one in Oxgangs and the other is near South Gyle. But for two months, I have not managed to book a viewing or make an application based on virtual tour. We are sorry to hear of your experience when trying to book a viewing through our online service. We are currently receiving a large number of enquiries for our properties and due to this we are offering an online booking service for the available viewing slots. If you are trying to book and you are unable to do so, this will be due to there being no available time slots remaining. If a new viewing time becomes available, we will release new viewing slots which we will inform you via email notification. GoogleThe experience of making an offer for two apartment through them has been ridiculously bad. After two attempts fell into nothing because of bad advice and total disorganisation I decided to change. I reckon I might have had a different experience with different people in the practice, but they have been irresponsive, uninformative and absolutely disorganized.

GoogleI can't thank Arran and Lianne enough for their help with my flat purchase! They have always been very helpful, professional, and responded to all questions and queries very swiftly. They always cleared up any confusion or misunderstanding I might have had due to me not being familiar with the process of buying a flat in the UK. They even highlighted things which I missed or could have been detrimental to me. I would definitely use their services again!

GoogleAbsolutely shocking, not a single shred of communication between their teams. Had to correct their invoices 4 times, delayed move in date as paperwork wasn't processed in time. 2 months later I'm being chased for another payment which has already been made with no response from their teams. Her communication and the efficiency was absolutely outstanding and I cannot thank her enough for making this special time in my life even more exciting. Lynn was always professional however when communicating through email (thanks covid) there was a personal touch to it which made this even more special.
