My partner and I had a wonderful experience with Get Living finding our amazing new flat. From the search process with Claire Oki, which ran extremely smoothly, and Claire worked very hard to find us the perfect place, to being handed over to Zainab Fayad who was quick to respond to our many queries, extremely helpful and made what is usually a very drawn out and confusing process (contract signing) straightforward and enjoyable. Moved into East Village in January and have had an incredible experience with these folks so far. I was working abroad and due to repatriate back, so Rikki walked me through various apartments over video call. Zareena from the lettings team helped get everything in order for my move in, and even left a set of keys in a lock box as I was flying in at 5am in the morning. Both were extremely engaged and quick to respond, even during peak lockdown and Christmas. Since moving in, anything I've needed to ask about has resulted in the quickest response from Davide - which has made life so easy. Truly cannot recommend enough at this point.

We had returned to the UK after a couple of years away with work and needed to find a new place pretty quickly. The move in experience was excellent. Dave Osborne and Zareena Aziz made it very easy for us during the preparation phase, with clear instructions throughout. Dave even took the time to show us around the apartment again before our move in date so we could start to plan where things are going. I have lived in EV for the last 2 years and I wanted to share my experience with two relationship managers in the Stratford EV branch, Dipty and Katarina. Throughout my time here, these two ladies have been amazing, helpful, professional, and organised; everything from sorting out contracts to just being there if you needed any help anytime of the day. I have never had to chase them up for anything as they have both kept me in the loop every step of the way. Updated review: After staying for almost a year in a Get Living flat we decided we wanted to move to a bigger one. Claire was very helpful throughout the process of finding what we were looking for. Chantal managed our contracting process and it all run smoothly. We had a couple of hiccups when moving in but the maintenance team was super quick to book in the relevant people to fix the issues! When I moved in 4 years ago, the management was pretty bad. But they have listened to the resident's feedback and have improved by leaps and bounds! Now the customer service is quick to respond, reliable and very courteous. I've managed to get issues fixed in my house at a moment's notice with a support team that is really brilliant. I had a pleasant experience once again, a big thank you! I have been living in East Village for 10 months, now and it's a great place. I have all what I need right at my doorstop, and whenever I contact getliving for any issues, they are responsive and helpful. ---------------- I moved to a getliving flat a few days ago. The rental process with Claire and Zainab was quick and smooth, and it was 100% done online. A hiccup that happened during moving was quickly addressed and worked on. Those 5 stars are not only for the excellent location and vibe of getliving flats, but mainly for how quickly they reacted to a dissatisfied customer, Claire was able to find a workaround fast. The Get Living Team were informative and really helpful throughout the process of moving into East Village. A big thank you to Claire for showing us around 3 different flats, all of which met our requirements, and for sending us through photos afterwards. Zainab was fantastic in helping us with the contracts and signing. We did find the Canopy approval process hard work. If you have multiple jobs or self-employed status, it was a long series of back and forth messages with the support team until we could upload the documents asked for, but which they didn't have enough space to upload. Overall though, very happy with the Get Living team's help and the flats are brilliant.
