Having recently moved into the building, my experience with the company has been really positive. In particular dealing with Josh as our relationship manager stood out. From our first conversation he has gone above and beyond with his service. I was moving from across the water in N.I and concerned about the administrative burden. However Get Living and Josh ensured the whole process was straightforward. Not to mention the regular updates on how our application was progressing. The apartment itself is gorgeous but I cannot emphasise enough the high quality customer experience that recieved, making Get Living a cut above its competitors in the market. I have, and will continue to recommend to friends and colleagues! Huge thank you to the team.

The best place we've rented. The flats are modern and good quality. The location is lovely, close to the city centre but far enough that it's still quite peaceful. The whole complex is pet friendly and there are loads of really friendly people with dogs. I'm especially happy with all the staff here, every single one of them has been incredibly helpful and friendly. We recently had a minor issue with our dishwasher and Sophie from the Neighbourhood Operations Support team took care of absolutely everything. She booked the repairs and checked in with us regularly to make sure the issue was resolved. It was all managed very professionally and I felt I was treated like royalty compared to the treatment I've had from private landlords and letting agencies in the past.

The Get Living team have been very attentive during our rental application process, Selina has helped us throughout each step and this has made it stress free and has been very accommodating for me and my partner working busy schedules. After moving up to Manchester from London, my partner and I have been thoroughly impressed with the excellent service and the flat we are renting is even better than we expected from the videos and photos. Cara settled us in nicely on our move in day and gave a thorough tour of all the facilities we have here, and I must say the team have created a lovely community feel to New Maker Yards!
