Via video and in-person tours, providing multiple unit options, and fast follow ups, the team at Get Living made the decision to move an easy one for me. The unit is of high quality, freshly refurbished and clean. So far I have been very impressed!

Worst experience after 10 years of renting in London. I had to ring up 4 times, leaving contact details each time, before I managed to get through to a lettings agent. When I finally got through, arranged two viewings 5 days in advance, travelled all the way to London for the viewing and they had already let the flats without informing us in advance! We had done research on the blocks we were meant to be viewing which was wasted effort. No apology was offered what so ever. They were also late to the viewing and the guy we had arranged the viewing with did not reply to our messages. The flats they did show us were note ready or furnished. They could not even answer any basic questions of the flats, regarding what type of furniture would be provided or even the status of the cladding safety! Avoid this company, unprofessional and simply abuse the fact they own a monopoly of the Olympic Village properties.

We live in Laurel Point at Victory Plaza. Moved in earlier this year and enjoying spacious flat, multiple shops nearby, and livable, green space in the neighborhood. Get Living team is fabulous - friendly and responsive. We are happy to have Daiva as our relationship manager, who is always supportive, patient, and accommodating of our multiple requests. We had a couple of mishaps, when we had to seek help over weekends and Daiva arranged to have addressed our concerns right away. May not be easy to stay on the top of resident's requests, especially given the challenges related to virus related restrictions. Total disaster of a management process! Some super lovely people working there but whoever is in charge of the whole thing just has no idea how to run a business! Have been trying to move out since December and my requests just being totally ignored by staff! Don’t live here! My drain keeps breaking , pipe work awful, floors were not varnished so are rotting behind the kitchen from All the leaking drain water Also one of our windows didn’t shut for 2 months and it was freezing the whole time! Then our heating didn’t work! Total disaster ! Do not live here!!!

We moved in with Get Living at the beginning of Feb; the experience has been brilliant so far! The process was so easy. They have a great balance of people and technology to ensure it's a seamless process, but actual people are there to help you along the way. The homes are beautiful, clean and modern. It feels like no one has lived here before us. Also, so great to be able to move in and just put in a password for the free wifi which is all set up and ready to go. Move in day was simple, the keys were all there waiting for us - in Victory Plaza, there are padded trollies which make getting things from car/van to the apartment is really simple. We also have the Get Living Google assistant (Evie), who you can ask loads of questions to about your new home and neighbourhood. A nice touch to also get a free Google mini speaker. We feel very at home here already, thanks to Rikki, Kate, Zareena and the team!

Our experience with Get Living has been on the whole mostly positive. It is safe to say that all the stars of this review go to Zainab who has been absolutely brilliant. Zainab has been an absolute joy to work with over these last few months and made the process of moving in as painless as possible. I have deducted a star as our relationship manger Claire came across as rude and blunt and every question we asked appeared to be an inconvenience for her. Where our relationship manager would say ‘no’ or ‘we will see’, Zainab always managed to get us a positive result. Zainab is so much more than a letting coordinator, she was our relationship manger for all intents and purposes. She is a true asset to Get Living, I hope her managers realise what a true legend she is!
