GoogleOutstanding customer support by the administration team and very comfortable and stylish apartments to live in. I have stayed in two different apartments in this block, and both offer some of the best views of London you’ll find in the city. Highly recommend.

GoogleI recently relocated to the UK at very short notice due to the ever changing Covid related mesures. The team at Get Living in Elephant Central were able to very quickly sort out a flat for me, and generally went above and beyond (particularly Samuel and Kim) to help me settle in these strange times. The flat itself is lovely, well appointed and really quiet. I would definitely recommend!

GoogleI lived in Mawes House for 2.5years and really enjoyed my time. The team at Getliving went out of their way to make the building a friendly community. The building and common areas were always kept clean and all the staff were very friendly. The apartments are modern and well built, never having any issues or complaints. I would recommend Mawes House and Getliving.

GoogleThis is my first time to look for a new home at getliving by my own and Kristian Coote is my consultant. He is really a nice man, he led me to have a view of some properties and always kept catching up with me with the latest information. It's pretty lucky to meet him and help me find a new lovely home.

GoogleLived in Mawes House for 2 years, recently left to relocate internationally. Fantastic place to rent - great team that respond quickly, and the building is only a few years old; never had a maintenance issue. Of particular note is how well insulated the building is with minimal heater use during winter months, and the strong soundproofing despite having a window down to the rail line.

GoogleMoved in Jan 2021 and we are loving it. Compared to all the flats we looked at elsewhere, this is by far the best quality, location and they allow dogs. Service from the staff has been exemplary, from the reception, liaison and repair teams. They have been attentive to our needs. Location wise, it speaks for itself, close to GYMBOX, food places and the park all at the door step. Apartment we have is in the 19th floor in Tantallon house with great views. Spacious, with study and a kitchen island. Thanks again to all the staff for making us feel at home.

GoogleMy husband and I recently relocated to London and found our perfect home away from home with the help of Zainab, Claire, Laura, James, Scott, basically any member of the get living team that helped us find our home, signing, moving in, understanding how things work, the neighborhood and so on. We have a little one and shopped around in numerous neighborhoods until East Village stole our heart along with the great service we received from Get Living. It was so helpful especially being new to the country, cannot recommend them enough and thank them enough .

GoogleUpdate - after living here for many months now - although everyone is (or seems) lovely and makes your move in a wonderful experience - no matter how much you kindly ask for things to be done (e.g. communal areas cleaned) - it lands on deaf ears and nothing happens - if it does - it’s months too late. Many residents are leaving or looking for other options because of this. Hugely upsetting as many of those residents are a wonderful part of the community. Huge shout out to the amazing concierges, they seems to be the only staff members here who really care. 😔 original review: Couldn’t be happier with our experience so far. Samuel, Sara and Kimberly have all been so helpful and supportive with everything related to our move and we’re thrilled to be a part of the Get Living Community.

GoogleAs someone who is from abroad, it can be extremely difficult renting a property through a Letting agency. Get Living Central is full-service and literally takes care of everything from day-to-day questions about living here to maintenance requests...in a very timely manner at that. Staff is courteous and always available to help. These are the important things where you really can't put a price on!

GoogleI have been living with Get Living for close to 3 years. The building itself has everything you would want from a modern living space - brand new appliances, greatly furnished flats and access to a private work space, garden, bar. The building staff and especially the relationship managers are very friendly and make themselves available for any and all requests. Sara from the team has been kind enough to ensure we get our oven replaced with a brand new one less than 24 hours we had an issue with the original one.

GoogleExcellent service, excellent communications and always help when required. Get living have been fantastic throughout my year in London. Both the moving in and out process were exceptionally easy! No need to worry or stress about an agent ripping you off during the move in or out process - previous experience with other London agents (the usual horror stories you hear when moving) had left me a little unsure about future rentals but get living have easily restored my faith. Highly recommend for a stress free home and experience; they were brilliant on all accounts. Special mention to Kristian who had always been exceptionally helpful and accommodating; an all round nice guy too!

GoogleThe concierge team are literally the best and most amazing humans on the planet. However senior team, the relationship management team have constantly and consistently let us down throughout our years here. Very little attention to detail and human compassion, insensitive in time of urgency, insensitive in times of loss and grief and single handily alienated an entire community of dog owners. It’s a shame as there are so many amazing benefits of having lived here. It’s sad to have the experience marred by easily avoidable situations and a lack of common courtesy. Attached is a photo of the newly “pet friendly fenced area” - literally the most bodge job space ever!
