GoogleA very professional and relaxed approach which made us feel exceptionally at ease throughout selling our house.Kept us up to date at all times with good emails and calls.Never came across as pushy or rushed which was pleasant.The Move Manager team was excellent and backed up what the sales team did to get our offer agreed.Would highly recommend.

GoogleWe were shown around a house, which we have now had an offer accepted on, by Hazel from Gatekeeper. Hazel is how I like my estate agents: down-to-earth, not spouting typical estate agent jargon and we were able to have a laugh and a joke with her. Ultimately, Hazel gave us the space and time to walk around the house without being unneccessarily distracted, which was important considering we were only going to be able to view the house once before making an offer. We are hoping the rest of our communications & dealings with Gatekeeper, post-offer, are as good as our first interaction with them.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleOver the past month we have been looking to find a new property to rent, due to our landlord selling the property. It's been very hard to find a place to rent in this current time market and had many properties go that we like. Until we came across a property from Gatekeeper and quickly made a request to view the property via email. The team at Gatekeeper were really quick to respond and had arrange the viewing asking the right questions of what suited us. I found the viewing was very professional Sam was friendly, informative and even took care to consider the tenants already in the property. I particularly was impressed by the organisation of the paperwork but also by the management who had rang today to make sure we understood everything, which defiantly had been the first. We have been renting in Swindon originally coming from London for around 2 and half year and both me and partner were very happy with Gatekeeper and the way they have helped us so far. Unlike quite a lot of Estate Agents we've used in the past, these guys communicate well. It's about as much as one can ask of an estate agent really. Your house is only worth what someone will pay for it, so knowing what's happening, how viewers are feeling is so important to a seller.Yep, can definately say these chaps are very diligent, and push hard to sell your property.
